Chase came out to inspect an issue with my roof, but during the inspection, found some entirely different, more serious issues. He is submitting a claim to the shingle manufacturer on my behalf, along with supporting documentation. I was impressed with his friendly, kind and professional demeanor and am confident that he will resolve the problems and save my roof!
