My son is closing on a house in Charleston and the seller has agreed to pay for a new roof. I live in another town and went on line searching reviews on roofers.
Charleston roof and window had excellent reviews for service, cleanup, value, and honesty. Amanda Wiese and Eric Chestnut were very responsive and got a quote the next day. The communication has been excellent. We have confidence the job will be done right.

Charleston roofing came out the day after a storm to assess the damages done to my roof. I had lost about 12 shingles. My rep was Dallas. I felt he was very trustworthy and unlike every other company I had come out, he didn't try to sell me a new roof (my roof is only 4 years old). Dallas looked up and said- this is a simple patch job. He matched up the shingles perfectly, his team was out doing the repairs in 3 days and my home was looking back to looking normal again. The only issue I had was that I had a morning appointment and the team didn't arrive untill about 5pm (but this was after a heavy storm, so they were most likely busier than normal).

But overall I will use them again and I would recommend them. It was definitely a nice change of pace working with an honest roofing company.

The siding crew was fantastic!! I would recommend them to anyone. I have a great warranty plus I will never have to paint again, a good rain or garden hose and it looks like new.

Theese guys were incredibly easy to work with. I called for a consultation and they were fair and straight forward with the quote for repairs.
I am active military and ended up deploying on very short notice before the work could be accomplished, they set up cameras so I could watch their progress from my deployed location. Not only that but the manager Mike offered to personally come and inspect the home weekly after rain and storms to ensure the leak and damage had been completley repaired.
My repairmen also named Mike was incredibly helpful and professional. If you need a guy that'll shoot you straight and get the work done well, he's your guy.

As long as I'm here in Charleston these gentlemen will have my buisness.

Our home was struck by lightning and caused siding damage plus a lot of interior damage so as you can very well guess it has been a very stressful situation. It was refreshing to find a company ready and willing to get to work and take care of our siding needs right away. From the time the young man came to view the job, then sit down with me and explain every step of the way, to actually getting the job done he was in complete contact with me. And if I had a question for them all I had to do was reach out and I would get a call back within 24 hrs. or sooner. It’s so hard to find someone who does what they say they are going to do this day and age so I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We've had a really good experience with Charleston Roofing and Exteriors from start to finish. Michael, Laura, and Caleb the site manager were extremely responsive. They gave us all the information, let us know how everything would go, and it went like clockwork. The crew was kind and easy to be around. It's hard to think of how this could have been easier. To top it off, the roof has been on for a couple of days now and I haven't found a single nail in the yard, flowerbeds, anywhere. Getting a new roof was a daunting prospect and we spoke with a number of companies. We feel really happy with Charleston Roofing and Exteriors and have no qualms about recommending them. Five stars.

We had our entire roof replaced and, due to a previous ceiling leak in our kitchen, Charleston Roofing also repaired and painted the entire ceiling! All done in one day and when they finished, you couldn’t tell that they had been there. My personal agents alerted me every step of the way with insurance and what to expect as far as scheduling was concerned. Couldn’t be happier!

I called Charleston Roofing and exteriors to do a roof inspection after a hailstorm. Dallas came the following day and found considerable damage.i called my insurance company and Dallas assisted me in making a claim, Dallas was also present when the insurance adjuster did his inspection. Within a week after the approval the crew was here installing my new roof. They took great care in covering my landscaping. Supervisor Nathan was present during the installation and kept me updated on the process. The Job was completed in one day and the clean up was perfect. Highly recommend.

I needed to have both a roof and soffit replacement done. I contacted a few different companies for quotes, one of which was Charleston Roofing and Exteriors. From the start, I was most impressed with this company. Dallas came out, made a thorough evaluation of my project and answered all my questions confidently and, most importantly, honestly. He was also quick to respond any time I texted with follow-up questions. Their quote for the roof was right in line with the other companies I spoke to, but by far the best for the soffit portion of the project. I decided to go with them for the work, and I'm so glad I did. My new roof (thanks, Dallas, Nathan and crew) and soffit (thanks Alosio!) look fantastic, the work on both projects was completed in a single day, and the crews cleaned up after themselves as though they were never even there. A supervisor, Nathan, was on site at all times. They were on time; and the quality was wonderful. They cleaned up after themselves completely. However, when the gutters were put on, we noticed a lot of metal shards were left Around the driveway and the grass.

Charleston Roofing Company repaired my mother’s roof in the rain within hours of me calling for assistance. They did an excellent job. The staff was kind and patient in my moment of frustration. I give the company 5 stars and will advice everyone to use this company.

Charleston Roofing and Exteriors Did a Excellent job on my house. Mike and his team where great. We took my outdated rotted EIFS sided home and rapped with all new James Hardie fixed all the issues with the rot. Also replaced all the Windows and updated with high quality Storm series windows. I can honestly say my home is now more efficient than ever and has excellent curb appeal. Side note. I got quotes from 7 major roofing and siding companies Charleston Roofing and Exterior had a competitive price. Again, I highly recommend this outfit and am very satisfied with the outcome. I called and got in touch with Dallas Giorgi to give my roof a new life. Dallas was there the next day to do a full roof inspection and gave me very helpful and professional advice on how to move forward. Once we settled on a plan, the job was scheduled very quickly and was done in less than 12 hours including multiple damaged spots on my roof, installed extra vents as well as a full replacement of my shingles. Dallas was there every step of the way, I was never left out of any decision and was well informed of any and all work. Very satisfied with the work and the people I delt with.

Mike was great to work with! He presented a few options and also made some solid recommendations based on his appraisal of our existing roof. His foreman Ryan was in constant communication. He laid out exactly how things would go, and made it happen! The crew worked hard and cleaned up all the debris when they finished. I would highly recommend these guys as they are fair, honest, and do what they say they are going to do!

Charleston Roofing replaced my roof a number of years ago and it has held up well. When I recently had issues with a leak, they came to inspect the roof both inside and out, took photos, discovered it was not the roof and made recommendations for another vendor to to fix the root of the problem. On top of that, they discovered some additional issues within the attic and provided recommendations for that as well. I appreciated their help and going above and beyond.

I got a new roof from Charleston Roof & Exteriors back in 2017. Sales process was smooth, install was complete in one day. The roof still looks brand new and I have never had any issues with leaking. Multiple storms have come since and my beautiful roof has withstood! Also has a 50 year warranty which gives me full peace of mind!

Above and Beyond. Charleston Roofing and Exteriors was able to investigate a leak issue with my chimney at the roof connection. After spending time opening the area, Mike and Dallas showed me where the poorly executed original 2001 construction was allowing the leak. (This had nothing to do with my new roof.) And then while still working on the roof they recommended a solution and walked me through it. Being an architect, I greatly appreciated it. I quickly received a quote that they explained. The work was completed on time. Easy to talk to and highly recommended.

Mike and Nick are easy to work with and give GREAT customer service. Plus, we feel like we got a great roof. Neighbors couldn’t believe they removed the old roofing and installed the new in just one day! It took another company almost a week to roof a house down the street and that roof is smaller. I highly recommend Charleston Roofing for roofs.
