My heating and air went out in my home. Wes was here in less than 24 hours. He was able to diagnose the problem and came back to fix it it all before lunch. Professional, prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this company!!!

Wes is the primary contractor who works for my condo association to help with general maintenance needs/checkups but he has personally helped me with HVAC and general home needs when I’m in a crisis or in need of some help. Wes Austin is like a super-human repair tornado! Seriously. The soul of efficiency. He came over (on time), whizzed around and took care of several electrical issues in a less than half an hour. WOW! I can't say enough about this company. Twice in 2 weeks I had immediate needs for help and Wes was there! I'm a single woman, new to the area and when my kitchen pipe broke and water was literally everywhere, he was my hero. He actually had to cut out sheetrock in the opposite room to repair the pipes and the quality of his work, all the way around, was impeccable. He came again when I could not get my smoke detectors to stop going off (small issue buy highly stressful). He found the issue and within 10 minutes it was repaired. Wes squared (there were two of them) were very pleasant and efficient! Got my complicated bed put together and light pendant hung, completing the last of my to-do list for my condo. They came the day-of too! Previously I had them replace a cracked sink and leaking faucet and they came next day. Very satisfied with their service and promptness.
