Wouldn’t trust this company to build a sandcastle — let alone handle a real project.

We are a small thrift store that serves a low-income community and were hit by a tornado. In our effort to rebuild, we hired this contractor — and a year later, the job still wasn’t finished. Despite paying for the work, we were left with a disaster.

Communication was terrible from the beginning, and the work ethic was even worse. Justin was at the center of the problem — unprofessional, unreliable, and completely careless with the quality of work. Olley eventually stepped in and tried to clean up the mess, but by then the damage was done and the trust was gone.

We were taken advantage of during one of the hardest times our store has ever faced. This experience has been exhausting and disappointing. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Oley and his team are absolutely amazing to work with! From day one of sitting down to discuss the project to the final walk through, it could have not been a more smooth process. He was very quick to respond to text/calls and flexible as things changed. The end product was better than I could have ever imagined and am extremely pleased with outcome. Oley’s attention to detail was spot on and he demands perfection. I will 100% be using Charles Grey Construction on future projects!

Great experience , superior quality ! Staff arrived on time and began right away - never stopped until it was finished ! Couldn’t ask for better workmanship on a job! The owner was professional , easy to contact and communicate with and from day one , what was said - is exactly what and how things were handled ! Hard to find such an easy going , reliable , trustworthy company and staff like this one ! Would recommend to anyone , anyday !!
