Phenomenal job! They replaced bad boards, weatherstripping, cleaned and painted our hardy plank and trim. Communication was great and they aimed to please. They didn't rush the job and made sure everything was 100% before they left. Very professional and always cleaned up after every shift. They even installed our top row of Christmas lights for us as an added bonus.

Josh Davis and his team really saved the day! We had a terrible contractor that stole money from us and left us in a bad spot with our home renovation. His team came in and picked up the pieces and have guided us through our renovation to get it back on track. Jason and his crew did a beautiful job on our new windows and wraps. Chapman Neil Property Solutions is first class and so is the quality of their work. It is rare these days to find a company that communicates well, executes as promised, and then follows up to make sure you are completely satisfied with all aspects of the job. That was my experience with Chapman Neil Property Solutions and that is why I will call no-one else. Oh, did I mention they were also very competitive with their rates? They saved me over a $1000 on a steel replacement door for my business. Yes, they do business and residential projects, large and small, and I have used them for both. Same great results. I could not more highly recommend.

Ice build up tore both my gutters from the house. Mitch took great care of us. He contacted me before arriving with his technicians and explained everything start to finish. I don’t usually take time for reviews, but I’ll be calling him again when I need professional home repair.

They were fantastic to work with. Josh Davis was always on top of things and very responsive. I would recommend them for any type of construction work! They sided 21 buildings in our association, replaced gutter, and wrapped all exposed wood in metal. The outside of our buildings look brand new. They stand by their work so you won’t have any hesitations doing business with them.

Communication with Josh upfront described what to expect. Kyle came out and measured. Quote came quickly later (no pressure sales) and was line itemed so I could select what work I wanted done. Once I was ready to have work done, a couple quick e-mails and work was scheduled for Monday of the next week.

Finished product was better than I'd hoped, made me want to replace the rest of my gutters. Nice grade to down spout, perfect color match, and no more nail heads. Kyle and one helper had it done quickly and even fixed a bit of the roof drip edge.

Josh Davis at Chapman Neil Property Solutions sent a crew to my home and did a crawlspace encapsulation and installed insulation. They did an excellent job. Now my crawlspace is staying at 34% humidity and my brand new dehumidifier hardly ever runs to keep the humid low. They also recently replaced the roof (due to hail damage), new gutters and new exterior paint. All their work is outstanding. I highly recommend Josh Davis and his crew for your next project. You will not be disappointed!

I live in a Condo community and they made repairs to my garage, interior door and repairs to the brick from a accident that I had back on October 16, 2020. Their service was exceptional. One of our shutters fell off in a windstorm. They replaced it for no charge and were extremely punctual and professional. The worker arrived earlier than expected and was quick and did an outstanding job.

I had initially contacted three roofers to obtain an estimate for a leaking roof. I will not list the other two, but would suggest that one was very rude to my wife, and the other never responded with a quote at all. Josh from Chapman Neil, was very professional, and polite. He inspected our roof, and gave us a very accurate estimate. They began work when expected, and completed the work as promised. Josh was very responsive to any questions that arose. They have earned my repeat business, and I have already recommended their services to our neighbors.

My insurance company only wanted to replace half my roof after a hail storm. After Josh inspected my property he sent pictures to the adjuster and he not only got the adjuster to replace the whole roof, but also gutters, downspouts, facia, screens and power wash my privacy fence and gave it two coats of stain.

All work was done professionally and on time. If I should ever need this type of service again, I would not hesitate to call Chapman Neil and Josh.

Josh and his team were amazing to work with. Attention to detail and quality work. Prompt service and willing to answer any questions. Went above and beyond cleaning and repainting our awnings. The team made every effort to ensure the work was done right and cleaned up the area prior to finishing up.

First, Joshwas very easy to deal with. On the day that was scheduled for them to replace my roof, the work crew showed up even a little early. They worked consistently. Everyone acted very professionally the entire time. They did a great GREAT job of cleaning up. I have yet to find even the first piece of debris left behind. That was not the case with another company ten years ago. One section was even left better by them than they found it that morning. Very happy with these guys, happy enough to ask Josh to have a crew of his to return to remove three bushes beside my house - it will sure save my back.

We were selling our home and needed an estimate and repairs completed quickly as conditions of sale. Joshua was out the next day with an estimate and all repairs were completed in a professional manner within 3 days. Not only that, Mr Davis listened to what our problems were before deciding on what repairs were needed.

Chapman Neil replaced the roof on my house and a flat roof on the back porch. They returned my call on the same day, within 48 hours they had sent me a quote and helped me pick out an appropriate shingle and color for my house. Even though the roof was a double tear off, Chapman Neil's crew completed the job in one day. I was surprised to see how neat and clean my yard was when they left. The flat roof was applied the next day. This job was also completed in one day. They were able to stop a leak that had been a problem for years. I was pleased with every aspect of the work. A co-owner, came by the next day to make sure we were satisfied.

I called for a gutter issue or so I thought it was. Josh, the owner, came out the same day and assessed the situation. He stated the structural integrity of the gutter was sound and no issues were present other than it needed to be cleaned. He then took 20 minutes to clean my gutter as a courtesy and provide me a ballpark quote for a gutter screen. I had Chapman Neil replace a flat roof at the rear of my house. I also had them install gutters on the flat roof. I was very happy with the work and with the price. We contacted Chapman Neil Property Solutions for a roof replacement estimate. Alex called back within a couple hours and set up a date to visit and estimate the work. When he arrived, he explained what my options were and made sensible suggestions about the project. He took pictures and went over the procedures and costs. Scheduled the project and when the weather soured, he rescheduled. The roofing crew showed up as scheduled and worked until well after the sun went down. They returned the next morning and finished the job. Clean up was extraordinary. they swept the grounds for nails and trash at least three times.
Within a couple of days we had a hard rain and there was a leak in the sunroom. Called and CNPS sent a crew to have a look and they repaired the problem within a day. The problem was not the roofer's fault but the original construction crew some twenty years ago. CNPS was and is very particular with their work. The experience was pleasing and reasonably priced. I will contact Chapman Neal again when I need other projects tackled.

Chapman Neil provided efficient, professional, detailed service at a fair price for our gutter repair project. They answered the phone 3 minutes before Saturday closing time and made an appointment to do the estimate Monday morning. Paperwork was done by text and the job was completed the next day. We are happy with the work and will keep them on our list for future projects.

Job well done on the wood siding repair on my chimney. I can't tell the difference between the new wood on the repaired area and the original wood siding on the remainder of the chimney. Very pleasant and friendly work crew. A pleasure to work with.

I had a major roof leak and contacted CNPS to come out and inspect the roof. They were able to offer us a 2 year warranty on our repairs and were able to work with us where as other roofing companies just wanted us to replace the roof. They got in the attic and located the leaks for us before getting on the roof to ensure the problems were all identified. I highly recommend CNPS to anyone who is in need of roofing work.

We had Chapman Neil fix a hole in our roof around a dormer. They were thorough, professional, and they cleaned up after the work. They also fixed rotted areas inside where the water had been coming in. They patched the wall then painted. Not only was Josh and his team professional, his workers enjoy working for him! I called them when a client needed a roof replaced in the middle of a house selling transaction, we needed answers and work done quickly AND we needed a fair price to keep the sale together. I live in an HOA, and our management was mediocre at best. We had a roof leak that lasted what seemed like forever, especially since we transitioned management companies. Well after we made the switch I contacted the HOA again about this issue except this time they sent this company (Chapman Neil) and they were able to fix my roof the VERY NEXT DAY... You can’t even see where the roof damage was. They also touched up the ceiling paint for me since we had water damage and didn’t even charge me for it. The contractor was early too which was surprising for me since they usually never are. I’m very satisfied and it makes me finally happy to be in an HOA!!!

We used Chapman Neil Property Solutions when we needed new siding on our house. Thanks to the 50mph winds that blew through in the spring, the siding was blown off the side of our chimney. CNPS came in and worked with our insurance adjuster to help make sure that we received the best estimate possible. They took the time to sit with us and help us pick out the new colors for our home. The work they provided to us was quick and professional. Every person on their team was kind, polite and professional. After the job was complete they cleaned up our property and if it wasn't for the great transformation of our home you never would have known they were there. Additionally, as with all home improvement projects that my husband and I embark on, we discovered that one of our new windows we had installed (with another company) had been leaking since installation. Not only did CNPS come to our house after hours in the middle of a terrible storm to help stop the water from coming into our house, they personally called the company that installed our windows to help us start a claim for a warranty replacement.
