Chandler & Son's Pressure Washing

We were needing our driveway pressure washed fairly quickly. I called Mr Chandler and he was willing to come right away, even though it was raining. For the price, Chandler & Son's can't be beat! Here are my before and after pictures:

We just had our house pressure washed by Mr Canon of Chandler and Sons and we can easily say that the overall process and results were Excellent! House and gutters have really brightened up. Communication and execution was also appreciated, as on-time presence for estimate delivery and start of work was as scheduled.

Communication! Communication! Communication!

We’ve all been taught about the importance of communication, but it’s surprising the amount of people, especially businesses, continue to miss the mark in this area. That was absolutely not the case with Chandler and Son’s Pressure Washing. From the beginning Canon (the owner) communicated: what he could provide with his services, a ballpark figure of cost based upon my description of the job, his intention to complete the job to my satisfaction, and his ETA.

Everything played out exactly as he said they would. Importantly, he communicated the exact price before he started the job. The work was fantastic! A friend commented afterward on how he’d never noticed how nice the brick was.

Unfortunately, my front porch area seems to have become party central for some pretty aggressive birds. Canon cleaned that area and tried to help me troubleshoot how to scare them away. He communicated that he was not able to clean the light fixture while I was away, because he didn’t want to mess up anything with the power supply being on to that area still. He stated his intention to return to do this. He was proactive in mentioning that my shutters would look faded from the washing and how to fix that.

Lastly, he returned to clean the light fixture on a different day. Unfortunately, a new nest had been made. He knocked it down for me with no hesitation and had the light fixture sparkling by the time he left.

I give this business a 10/10 or 5⭐️ based upon a job well done, price point, demonstrated desire to please, and COMMUNICATION! I enthusiastically recommend Chandler and Son’s for your pressure washing needs!
