Chandler Roofing & Construction

We had used Chandler Roofing in the past and were very satisfied. Unfortunately, in June of 2021, we contacted them again for a roofing job on hail damage. They were very prompt with an estimate and called us back just the day prior to showing up for the job. We hesitated since we had not signed a contract and our insurance had not reviewed the final estimate. After repeated calls and unanswered messages, we are now in May of 2023. We have finally decided to go with a different roofing contractor.

We hired Chandler Roofing to do a large steep pitch, hail damaged roof replacement through our insurance. I had dreaded the whole event, but can now say that it was actually a very pleasant experience, thanks to Chandler.
I dealt directly with Eric Chandler, who was a real pleasure to work with. You could clearly tell that the crew took pride in their work, as their installation and clean up were meticulous. I am nothing but impressed and highly recommend Chandler Roofing.

Chandler Roofing and Construction is my only call after a storm. They are the most professional and responsive people in the business. They replaced my entire roof in one day less than 30 days after the hail storm. Just one call to Eric Chandler and he handled every detail start to finish. The roofing crew's clean up was the best you will ever see, absolutely impeccable. I will never use anyone else but Chandler for my roofing and construction needs.

Worked with my insurance company to get roof replaced after storm damage. Actual roof was replaced in 1 day. Communication on roof status was great and workers were very professional. Great job!!

These folks are awesome. People forget that when a big storm happens - everyone is looking for the same service. These guys are professional, even though they get busy.

We had Chandler replace are roof, wrap our windows, repair our screens, replace our shutters, fascia and gutters.They were very professional and the they did and awesome job. I would recommend 100%.

There is WAY more to the terrible experience I had with this company, but the basic idea is that they tried to bait and switch me by telling me one price and changing it by almost 50% after the roof was off my house. Then they left SHEETS, yes multiple full sheets of plywood around our yard with other large debris for us to clean up ourselves, including HANDFULS of nails, screws and staples in our driveway. Now, only 2 years later, our roof is leaking and they want to charge us to repair it, even though their own workers said there was a flaw in the installation. Move on and choose a different company.

I needed some shingles repaired/re-nailed down to our roof, and our pitch is steeper than I have the equipment to work on myself. After leaving a message, I was called back the next business day. Brady came out to look at the work needed and was in touch with me quickly to schedule a time to make the repairs. He came out with his crew and were done in 2 hours, on budget and on time. Repairs looked great and they repaired a few other items I hadn't noticed as well.

In my opinion, a quick turnaround, and quality job! I'd have no hesitation to call again!

We just had our roof done and it's gorgeous! It took a while before we got scheduled because they are very in demand, but that's understandable. They also mention this beforehand so you know the expectations. Once scheduled, all was taken care and managed well by Danny. He was very thorough and detailed in walking us through the whole process. Even during and after when we still have questions, he is still very patient in explaining. Service and quality workmanship, with quick and thorough clean up. We had a great experience!

This review has been updated: my initial experiences (2 major claims) with chandler roofing wasn't as planned, but one has to understand that when a major storm hits, they can't possibly maintain manning at levels that would sustain perfect customer satisfaction. At the time, I wrote what I felt was an honest review based on those experiences. After speaking with workers from Chandler, I have revised my initial comments. Chandler roofing is very passionate about their company's reputation and I deeply respect that. They are in the process of trying to make things right and maintain their reputation, for which I am extremely appreciative. Based on the experience and completion of the job, I plan on updating this review to hopefully a three or four star rating and an updated version of the story. To the workers at Chandler, thank you for efforts and I apologize if anything I wrote offended you. Thank you for your understanding.

Quality of work was good but it took them just under 1 yr to replace our roof and do 2 window wraps and 1 screen. Also don't expect to easily get a hold of anyone. They mean well but I think took on way more work than they were able to handle so it was a frustrating experience.
