I reached out through word-of-mouth looking for somebody to do some things in my home and was recommended to Champion services. Ryan came to my house. He looked at what I needed to have done I really appreciated that he understood when I embarrassingly said. I really need to watch my money. I only have so much in my budget. He was very respectable about that, made recommendations to help me make my decisions and being a female I also felt very safe around him and I was comfortable he was knowledgeable with his years of work experiences.

Ryan was great, showed up on time, answered all questions we had & sent us the work estimate within the time frame he gave.

I can not hire a company that sends a Tech to measure a job, but the Tech does not write the measurements down . The estimate does not even have the measurement or complete quanity and warranty of material and labor. A Big " No" for hire, but the sales office team is polite.

I reached out to Champion Services about taking down all the blinds in preparation for replacing the windows in my house. Rachel V. helped me schedule an estimate and was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable as I asked questions about the process, the schedule etc.

Ryan S. was the professional sent to conduct the estimate. He was very professional and friendly. He answered questions clearly, inspected the blinds thoroughly, explained the work entailed and gave a reasonable quote. When we agreed to the terms, he went right to work! He came fully prepared and even helped us plan the storage of the blinds so they don't get mixed up when he returns to put them up again.

He was done in under 2 hours (we have a lot of windows). Then he went above and beyond to get us another estimate the same day so that we could schedule him asap (it was a holiday weekend and the summers here are 100+ degrees). When I called ChampionServiceslater that day, Rachel understood the assignment without me having to explain, and she happily scheduled us as one of the first appointments the following Monday.

I will definitely continue to use Champion Services as my go to "handyman" providers!

Andrew and Ryan arrived a few minutes early! That was the start to a great experience. They removed 2 sliding doors quickly and had the 2 French doors in just as fast. A little tweaking to get things leveled and they were all done in less than 6 hours. I expected it would take all day and maybe a little into tomorrow's work day. The job looks good, the doors swing correctly and I will call them again for my next home project.

Because of this little stopper that needs to be removed when installing a new garbage disposal WAS NOT REMOVED, the water from my dishwasher overflowed, drained through my soap dispenser and flooded underneath my sink cabinet.
Victor needs better training. This little stopper caused damages to my wood cabinets.

Our new dryer was about an inch too deep so that, when opening the door to our garage, we had to move the dryer hoping not to crush the exhaust tube. A part was needed to push the dryer closer to the wall and upon receiving it, they came to the house and completed the work in no time at all. Mathew (service technician) did a great job! I recommend Champion Services and wouldn't hesitate calling them again if I ever need additional work to be done.
