Champion Roofs - Elk Grove Village, IL

We have a large ranch house with a very large roof area and a lot of skylights and vents. The prior roof was over 30 years old with a number of accumulated problems. We got several bids. The bid from Scott of Champion Roofing was the most comprehensive. It went into great detail about problems and how they would address them with their design. They were competitive in price. We selected and were impressed with how they approached the job.

There were several design aspects that impressed me including their ridge vents and extra services such as gutter guards and skylights they replaced. They did not want to start the job in adverse weather, which we liked, but they could have done a better job of keeping us up to date on schedule.
The finished job was impressive and they did a fantastic job of site cleanup. There were a few quality problems with some of the skylights installed and Scott quickly got them corrected.

Given the scale of our project, the number of added services provided and the way they stepped up to the problems we found, I was impressed overall. I would recommend them for any job, and especially a big and complex one.

Crew was on time and very professional and friendly. Nothing was left behind on my yard. They kept everything neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company. I cannot say enough. As a matter of fact, they're coming back to do another project in May.
