Champion Restoration & Contruction crafted our new home roof, shed roof, and fireplace house roof, and did an incredible job! Working with John Perkins and his team was a great experience! John made everything simple and easy for us and assisted us throughout the entire process—from providing us with a comprehensive and thorough inspection, guiding us through the complexities of the insurance claim process, supervising the work as contracted, and always being available to answer questions. John, Jordan, and team provided excellent communications, always showed up on time, efficiently and diligently performed the work, and thoroughly cleaned up (and even returned on a separate visit with a strong magnet to pick up any stray nails). Moreover, hail and wind had damaged our landscape lighting system, window wraps, and gutter downspouts, so Champion worked with our home insurance company to get all of those replaced as well. They worked with us through vacations, rescheduling due to illnesses, and kindly called in advance to confirm our availability. To top things off, Champion provided us with drone pictures after the work was complete. We absolutely recommend them - 100%!

Went through my insurance provider to make a claim for a roof replacement for the first time. Champion walked me through the whole process from start to finish and even handled most of the insurance paperwork and administrative work on my behalf. These folks are the real deal. Installation took only 1 day and I was able to get on their schedule pretty quickly. I worked with Jordan the whole time and he got everything done in an extremely efficient and seamless manner. Fahd Balile, their roofing specialist, was very thorough in his evaluation of my roof and worked endlessly with my insurance company to make sure they replaced the whole roof. He kept me informed of all the steps along the way and explained everything that was going to happen. The work was done exactly as scheduled and my yard was cleaned up so well that it was hard to tell they were even here. This was a great company to work with and would recommend them to anyone.

John Perkins stopped by to help with possible water leak on roof. He climbed up on very steep roof and located possible source of leak and also climbed through attic door in garage to inspect inner wall for water damage. He went beyond what normally would be expected, I highly recommend him.

Did a full roof replacement and worked with Fahd from Champion and it was a seamless, and transparent experience. Fahd was very professional and always kept me in the loop of whats happening with my claim. He was available any time of the day to answer questions or even stop by the property for assistance. The whole team was very honest in giving feedback if my roof needed a replacement. After a year and a major storm is when Champion filed the claim. The process was straight forward and they kept constant communication flowing. They also did my roof according to code. Would definitely recommend and have them do other projects in future.

Champion restoration did exactly what they promised. We got a new roof better than the original and they dealt with the insurance company to cover all the work and all it cost us was our deductible. Estifania is great! She is quick to respond, and she is very helpful throughout the entire process.

Jordan C came to check my roof and did an excellent job. He climbed up to the roof, took pictures and filed the claim. He took the time to come back when the insurance inspector came and went up to the roof again to make sure the inspector was seeing everything.
