Projects go far beyond the upfront admnistrivia. Toby Chamberlain was incredibly easy to work and communicate with from the master plan & bid to the final finishing touch. He took serious responsibility for all aspects of the project and assured each element of our project went well and professionally addressed (to our satisfaction) the normal glitches that are inherent with any project. Meeting all technical standards of current building codes and the, so very important, aesthetics that made our screened porch and massive glass roof installation absolutely pop. We feel fortunate to have found Toby and thoroughly enjoyed working with him throughout a very successful remodel.

I first hired Toby Chamberlain 2 years ago to renovate a small bathroom in my 1960 house. This was followed by a second, larger bath. Two months later, he did a complete renovation of my kitchen.
You will not find anyone better than Toby. I spent many months working with him, and every day was a positive experience.
First of all, he does his own work. He is there every day at the exact time he says he’ll be there, and he takes pride in everything he does.
He will offer ideas willingly, but will also give you plenty of room for your own opinions.
His fees are very reasonable—especially for the quality of his work.
Toby is patient, kind and probably the most ethical contractor you will ever encounter.

Toby did a genuinely extraordinary job with our renovation.

We have had 3 bathrooms completely remodeled, and a deck extension built.
