He steals money from the elderly then doesn't show up to do the work, and if he does show up it causes more damage to your building. Do not recommend. Had to take him to court to get thousands of dollars back and he was never charged. After speaking to other people I found he did this to them as well. I'm talking about women in their 70's whom live alone. This is completely unacceptable.
