First time was very welcoming and had a pretty good time doing all the things them. Well done and great details about the roof, great service!

At first everything seemed OK, but, thankfully my wife had the presence of mind to check this company out before agreeing to any repairs. Turns out the owner of CHA Roofing is an ex-con who did hard time for fraud and is notorious today for stiffing his independent contractors (ie: door to door salesmen and canvassers), and not reimbursing work related expenses as promised (business cards, 14' ladder, cookie packages gifted to insurance and real estate agencies on CHA Roofing's behalf).

Given the background, unethical behavior is not surprising. Save yourself a lot of risk and aggravation and avoid this outfit like the plague.

Spoke with Andrew he was an absolute pleasure,very professional and was extremely informative highly recommend C.H.A roofing if you need anything speak to Andrew he is your man.

Fele Benavidez was the person who handled our roof replacement project. She was very reliable, accommodating and patient. She took care of the project from start to finish and handled any issues with persistence in solving the problem. I strongly recommend the services of C.H.A. Roofing Co.

This past week we had a shingle blown off our two story house in Irving. The shingle wasn’t damaged and from the ground I could see a couple other shingles had simply been flipped over. This should be an easy repair – right…

I googled C.H.A Roofing and described the repair needed, the location of the damage, and the height of our house. The gal who schedules repairs tells me that a gentleman can come out tomorrow and quote the repair. I mention I am more interested in getting this damaged fixed quickly vs having to schedule multiple visits. She assures me that the repair can be done during the same visit. An hour later I get a call form C.H.A Roofing rep (with an Amarillo Number) asking me a few additional questions about the job and again telling me the repair can be completed in one trip.

This morning the company sent out a gentleman who was wanting to give me a quote. But no equipment to repair the damage. Multiple times this gentleman asked what my house deductible is and the age of my roof. This gentleman also told me that the minimum cost was $750 because scaffolding would be needed with multiple guys for the repair.
I passed on the C.H.A Roofing quote and option for work.
Luckily, my neighborhood had a local repair company working across from my house. I called the owner and asked if they could send someone over to repair the shingle. The owner was happy to support and sent his employee over to make the repair. This took one ladder, one repairman, and $200 to fix.

I think this says it all…

CHA Roofing did a great job of taking care of us with our roofing needs. Jeff Angel went above and beyond to make sure that everything was take care of. He also went out of his way to make sure that even when the insurance company tried to give us a low ball estimate of damage, that we got the money we needed to repair the roof. Jeff and his team were very professional and made the process stress free.

David did a drone roof inspection for me and I have to say I’m thoroughly impressed with not only the technology but the in depth book about the roofing inspection that I received from C.H.A. Roofing! The show the hail damage as well as areas that are showing signs of water entering the roof. I have never seen such a well performed inspection. David also worked directly with the insurance adjuster on my behalf to save time from me being the middle man. 10 stars!! Thanks again for all the help!

Our roof was damaged due to a rotten tree falling onto our house. They came out and were very professional and very informative. Did our roof with no issues and no leaks! Super amazing will definitely be giving them a call soon to install some skylights for us! ☺️

My family and I worked with Gary and David at CHA Roofing. Honestly they took really good care of us… From when they initially came out and inspected our property till the cleanup after all the repair work was done. They handled the insurance process for us and they left our property nice and clean as if they were never out there. Our new roof, gutters and stained fence look amazing.

I submitted a virtual quote via another business review website to have 30 outside windows caulked at my house, and David from C.H.A Roofing was quick to respond to my inquiry, provide a great quote, and offer a time slot for the work.
Over the phone, David was able to provide me helpful information regarding outside window caulking, and assured me that I would be satisfied as a customer.
On the day of the work, there was some confusion regarding the work order and concerns regarding the caulk application, but David was very quick to address my confusions and concerns.
I may have taken a risk initially by choosing a company with minimal reviews on Google and no reviews on another competing business review site, but those worries have now been minimized because David from C.H.A stands behind his company's work.

Mitch with CHA returned our call immediately. He was prompt with our appointment, spent a lot of time looking over our roof and other damages. He came in and sit down and explained the estimate. We appreciated his attitude and interest in what we wanted. Once we accepted his bid he sent over a contract and color choice. He sent over his roofer who worked diligently. Proper care was given to our property. The project was finished expeditiously and the cleanup was immaculate. We highly recommend this company and our roof and gutters look fabulous. Although we knew no ne of the roofing companies and was apprehensive about this process, we immediately liked and appreciate the care Mitch gave with checking the work process until completed. We have given him permission to use our house in pictures of work done.

They were very professional had a great experience. Couldn’t be happier with the look of the new roof and haven’t found one nail!
