I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end — from the initial inquiry call to receiving the final report. Tom was my inspector — he was very professional, and it’s clear he’s committed to providing clients with thorough, objective, and high-quality inspections.

Milton took my roof and carport I had many companies give me estimates.Some were high some were to low you knew it was a scam .
I am so Happy with this company. The crew we had worked hard earlier morning till dusk . I was able to over see my work as it was happening andat one point changed the whole carport in the middle and it was not a problem at all . Would recommend this company to all. I will add more pictures as my house is being painted to match my new beautiful roof and carport

The time to get permit took longest 5 weeks once permit was issued only took them 1 day to complete my roof

If you are being inundated with emails, facebook & TV ads for roofers, your are not alone. I was too. I met with some and felt like I was talking to a used car saleman. Looking for companies with good reviews and come upon Certified Quality Roofing in Tampa. Called and set up an appointment and was shocked to find a real person. Scott sat with us for a couple of hours and answered all of our questions and concerns. The roof was completed in one day. Great crew! After they left we walked around the house and not one nail or staple or shingle piece did we find. If you are still undecided, please call Certified Quality Roofing. You won't be sorry! I live in Saint Petersburg, FL and I got a new metal roof, all new fascia around the house, and all new soffits under the roof overhang. There was a slight communication issue at first and the workers only knew about the roof and not the fascia and the soffits but I called Certified Quality Roofing and they apologized and fixed their mistake immediately. One of the workers accidentally broke our patio glass table and they immediately went to Home Depot and bought us a new one. Mistakes happen all the time with projects but how Certified Quality Roofing owned their mistake and fixed their mistake so quickly was a great experience. Because of the small issues I had they even repainted all the fascia for me for free which would have taken me a few hours to do myself. They even cleaned all the siding of my house after the project was done to ensure all the dirt handprints were no longer seen. I give this company a 5/5 because although the process wasn't perfect, they always answered my call and fixed/addressed any mistake or concern that I had immediately. This was a great company to work with and will always choose Certified Quality Roofing for my roofing needs.

My experience with Certified Quality Roofing was great. Starting with my salesmen, Pedro, who stayed in touch from start to finish. During the removal of the old roof there was a supervisor on site the entire time. Traps were put in place to cover and protect my property. Clean up was excellent. My roof was replaced in two working days. The professional and pleasant attitude of everyone made my roof replacement a good experiment.

I found Certified Quality Roofing by way of a Roofing Estimator Site after looking at a couple of familiar big name companies. Almmy from Certified was the first to respond and sent Roofing Specialist Pedro Souza to inspect my roof from above and in the attic. Pedro quoted me a fair price for a shingle roof and new rain gutters that was right in the mid-range and showed great attention to detail. Pedro fielded several more calls from me and addressed all questions and concerns. Additionally, Pedro, Jordan and Almmy from the office and scheduling department were patient with scheduling due to my HOA holding up the process. The roof was completed in a day and a half. The rain gutters took half a day. Both look great and I appreciated their professional manner during the whole process. The work crews, roof and rain gutters, were great and respectful of my property. Good clean-up.

My experience with Certified Quality roofing from the start to finish was great. They were professional but yet personal. They came and sit and explained every detail. They didn’t rush, they made sure I understood every part of the process and the contract. I was still waiting to receive my payment from my homeowners insurance and they said no problem. They went forward and replaced my complete roof and told me when I get the check just send them the balance of what I owe. .The workers made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each work day. This great service started with Pedro, a representative of the roofing company. A very friendly young man he knew all the in’s and out’s of the Company and was able to answer any questions that I had. He also kept checking with me as the work progressed. From start to finish. I was a little hesitant at first because this company wasn't local to me, but the sale representative was friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had most of all they didn't take long to get started the crew was professional the entire job only took a day and I love the final results of my roof.

Jessica came over for a free roof inspection our roof is about 9 years old but we have a spot on our ceiling from a leak that we assumed was an issue with our roof. She came in and did Ninja warrior moves through our attic and found out that apparently it was just a pipe that got disconnected and she reconnected for us. She said she was treating us like family but I have to say she treated us better than family! She was very kind and professional. We definitely would recommend her and this company to anyone who needs help with their roof.

NEW ROOF ( Super Professional)
A few weeks ago I saw a neighbor getting a new roof installed. I was impressed with how organized the crew worked and the cleanliness of the work area. Within the next couple of days someone came knocking at my door. I asked if they were the same company that did the roof down the street and they said yes. I then gladly agreed to than checking my roof. Sure enough mine had a lot of wind damage.Fast forward through the whole insurance process and I now have a beautiful new roof. Everyone , especially Shannon, involved with the entire process has been polite, professional, and even the cleanup was fantastic. Certified Roofing did a great job !!! Thank You

They educated about my roof and provided me with options and pricing before I made my final decision.
