Gotta love the lazy companies that have answering services answer the phone for them!! Waited about 4 hours to get my property plowed because the phone service people told me they will text me. Never did so I FINALLY got a hold of somebody that can actually help me just to tell me they only do commercial properties…would’ve saved me all that time if the phone service knew this.
