The best customer service I’ve ever received! Melvin was not only much more affordable than what Home Depot quoted, but he was much more valuable. He was personable, and a pure joy to have in our home. He kept my husband and I laughing the whole time. He went above and beyond to make sure he met our needs for our kitchen tile backsplash. He even went so far as to relocate an outlet that was in an eyesore location directly behind my stove to a space where it could be useful at no extra charge. Recently I noticed that the shower bench and curb seemed loose. After searching around, we found Ceramic Tile Designer. Melvin was very responsive and came out right away. He was able to quickly identify the issues and walked me through how he would resolve them. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and really did an excellent job! Melvin and his team do beautiful work. They do not cut any corners and put a lot of effort into getting things done correctly. They are accessible by phone, text or email and reply quickly. I learned a lot about the process from him. I would 100% recommend him to anyone installing or renovating. He even helped me get a jammed door free! Above and beyond.

Melvin does excellent tile work. He is very knowledgeable about tile installation and will answer any questions you may have about installing tile. I was so nervous about installing a backsplash in my kitchen, but he put me at ease because he is very kind and patient and he knows what he is doing. He installed the backsplash in my kitchen for a very reasonable price and charges far less than other installers. I chose glass tiles and he took the time to look at each tile and ensure he was only using tiles that did not have any scratches or damages. One of the tiles that got installed did not look right after installation and he even removed it at my request even though it was going to be difficult to remove. When everything was said and done, I ended up paying him extra because he deserved it. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are a happy customer. On a side note, he starts work after 9 AM, but that wasn't a big problem for me. If you are looking for someone to install your tile, I'd highly recommend him. He does backsplashes, custom tile showers, and flooring.
