Cenvar Roofing - Winchester

TC came out and used a drone to get a good view of my roof, it took a bunch of pictures and he sent them to me. With those photos, I was able to understand the necessity of needing a new roof. When Mike and his crew came out they immediately got to work. Mike kept me posted with the progress, and when I got home from work, Alex updated me with how everything was going. As stated by Mike, the roof was done in less than a day and a half. Everyone did a great job! I would highly recommend Cenvar and their great crew.

A+ experience from quote through project completion. The sales person wasn’t pushy and was very helpful in explaining the process and answering questions. They were patient with our slow HOA. The roofing team was fast and efficient. They did an amazing job and our project manager kept us informed every step of the way. Cleanup was great and they followed through on everything they promised. Confident in their work, they didn’t require any money up front and only after the job was done. We interviewed several roof companies and this one stood out as having the best product and best process. Would highly recommend!

We are very pleased with our new roof! There was NO hard selling or hidden cost. The Cenvar team of 8 was punctual and worked hard and with precision for nearly 10 hours in hot weather. We appreciate Cenvar’s follow-up inspection to ensure our property was free of nails, debris, and that we were completely satisfied. Indeed we are!

Early on in the process everything was great. However, after I committed to Cenvar it was very difficult to get any information on when my roof would be done. An Early June estimate turned into a mid July installation. Once the job was scheduled communication was excellent. Roof was completed promptly and well. Cleanup looks great. Would I use them again? Yes, overall a good project. Only question now is when I will get my gutters (original estimate was mid June).

Absolutely great experience and cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic communication, excellent work with respectful workers, thorough cleanup, and professionalism all around. If I ever have any roofing work required again, I know who I'm going to call.

Everything was great and seamless from start to finish. We were very pleased with how well our roof turned out. I had concerns about damaging due to a leak but Zach answered my questions , eased my worries & keep me informed during the new roof install. They crew really pushed to get the roof installed with the frequent storms the area has been experiencing.

I had my roofing shingles replaced and the experience working with Cenvar Roofing in Winchester VA. was very professional. The whole process from the estimate price contract to the installation was excellent. It did take two days to complete the job and the roofing crew made sure the roof was protected during the night, before the roof was completed on the second day. Once the job was completed the site was cleaned of any roofing scrap materials. I would definitely recommend Cenvar Roofing to anyone looking to replace their shingles. I also would like to give a personal thank you to "Tyler" for the quote process and "Paul-David" as the project manager.

We have had many complements on our new roof already. Our project manager Jacob kept us informed on the progress through out the process. The work crew were pleasant and incredibly hard working. There were a few small issues that Jacob assured us he would make right.

The project manager was attentive, helpful and patient. The install crew worked efficiently and put on a beautiful new roof. They were respectful of our lawn and landscaping and cleaned up very well when the job was done! Communication could have been a touch better before the job. We were told they would be coming Monday “morning”, but given no other notice or details and we’re a little surprised when they arrived at 6:30am on Monday morning and caught half our family still sleeping:/. I completely understand they need to beat the heat and don’t blame them at all, but wish I had been a little more prepared for that early an arrival.

Awesome to work with. They keep you informed throughout the replacement process, super happy with the job they did. I highly recommend them.

Mike, the Project Manager was great and really kept us uptodate as to what was going on. He kept everythink running smoothly and took good care of the crew.

Alex and his crew were also great. They were very hard working and respectful of our property. Even in 100 degree weather they still completed the job in 2 days. They did a fantastic job and left the yard looking better than before. The way they cleaned up everything was remarkable.

I chose Cenvar because their quote beat out 5 competing local contractors. Overall, I was blown away by this company's efficiency. From the time they showed up on-site to them leaving: 6 hours (including removal of the original roof). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I would also recommend checking for nails after the job is complete. While I understand no one is perfect, I was able to find a fair amount of nails around my home after cleanup. I spoke with my project coordinator and he came by personally to resweep my property. I am giving 5 stars for the company's effort to ensure the customer was pleased, which I am.

The work was really good shingles looked nice. Left some stuff in the yard for my wife to cleanup and materials in the driveway. I'm taking the leftover shingles was for us to keep, but nothing was said about it. Other than that professional and quick.

Actually Roanoke. The gentleman who came to estimate was professional, and didn't lean the ladder on my gutters. The estimate was good, and I was told if more boards were needed, what the cost would be. Their invoice pointed all that out clearly. No surprises. They even called me the day of roofing to let me know what they had to do. And they later followed up with an inspector to guarantee the work was done according to their standards. Fast, efficient, and they accomplished everything as scheduled. Very happy with my choice!

I can't express how great these guys are! I had to replace my 24 year old roof and got many bids in the Charlottesville area. Every step of the way -- from sales to project management to billing, the Cenvar team is professional, friendly, thorough and so helpful. After completing, they never blinked when I spotted something that wasn't quite right (a very small something). The fix was fast and complete to my satisfaction. From the very beginning, no one was ever pushy for me to choose them and I have no regrets. My new roof looks awesome and such a great product they use for their roofing!
