We bought a Stihl weedeater from you guys for our business and we didn’t get to use it but 2 times so we brought it back bc it’s knocking and we were being courteous taking off the guard bc I didn’t want to drag grass through my vehicle or your store then your manager Doug tells me they can’t fix my weedeater bc I took off the guard. This is first time that we spoke, then I explained to him that I’m a contractor and I only remove the guard to transport the weedeater so I didn’t drag grass through my vehicle or the store and he’s like OK I’m sorry. Yeah don’t worry about it. We’re gonna fix it for you then he gives me a voicemail today after the fact they have had it for a month, That says they can’t find anything wrong with my weedeater and they had a Stihl rep look at it and the Stihl rep said the best thing to do is just give it back to me and his next reply was to try to sell me a new plug and filter for the broken weedeater so i stopped in bc I had to pick up a few things from the store and after that I called Stihl to try to resolve the issue, they told me to just leave the weedeater up there. They were gonna get a hold of the store so I let Doug the manager know what they said and his reply is that they could not find anything wrong with it. To go buy it somewhere else and I replied why would I spend another $300 for another one when I bought this one but it sounds like it’s going to fall apart he said They put it side-by-side with another weedeater and they sounded the same, and I proceeded to ask him to show me to grab both the weedeaters and start them up in front of me and then he tells me he doesn’t have one to show me the other one was a customers . I have never been treated like this before, I spend thousands of dollars each season and after this I won’t be stopping by central tie and lumber in Petersburg

Always a great place to go and get your hardware needs, sporting goods, canning supplies, pool equipment, and yeti as well as a bunch of other things. I have shopped with them for 20+ years. They are very knowledgeable and Greta customer service.
