Neil was great to work with. He called me back the same day and set a time that afternoon to come out and look over the job. Very likable, honest guy. He gave me a quote and told me how far out he was scheduled. He called me back in a couple weeks, just as he had estimated, and set the date. He arrive on time, which is rare anymore. Our house has green, vertical siding and white trim. Neil made sure to test a small area at the back of our garage to make sure there was no bad reaction with the darker color. He had me check it out and we agreed it would be safe to proceed. He cleaned the siding, downspouts, and all the white trim. It looks fantastic!! The best part was when my wife got home. She said the house looked new again. She was very happy!
We will definitely be contacting Neil again. The whole experience was great! Thanks Neil.

HIGHLY recommend!! Neal is a really nice guy that is meticulous at his job. He did both sides of our fence, our concrete and our house. Our driveway looks brand new! He even did the curb!!! My husband is rarely impressed and he was very impressed with the job he did. Two if our neighbors also used him and we're very happy. Well worth the price and we will definitely use him again!

We were very pleased with the cost effective service from Central Ohio Pressure Wash. Neal was amazing. He was on time, hardworking, and efficient. He cleaned the requested parts of our house and driveway beautifully. He really knows what he is doing. On top of everything else, he is pleasant and friendly. We were very impressed with Neal and will use him again in the future without hesitation.

Neil provided me with a reasonable quote to power wash my house, which included all sides of the house, including stone work and, front porch. He also power washed the driveway, which included the front walkway to the porch. Other estimates I received charged additional money for the porch and front walkway.
He showed up when promised, on time.
I am THRILLED with how new my house and driveway looks!
I’d give more stars! Highly recommended!

Very pleased and impressed with the job that Central Oho Pressure Wash did on my house! I have already scheduled them to come back out later this season to do my front porch. Neal was very professional and walked me through his plan of what to expect as well as gave recommendations on how to keep my house siding looking fresh!
