I can't say enough positive things about how happy we are that we went with Central Exteriors. They are honest and very customer service oriented. The crew worked very hard to get our job done and at the end of each day spent at least an hour cleaning up everything. They never rushed to get out of here and get home, they made sure they got every last nail and every last piece of debris. They even went as far as covering items and moving items that we had forgotten to do ourselves. After the job was done, another crew came the next day to do an additional cleanup. Our roof is absolutely beautiful and we have already had two Neighbors tell us they want to use the same company. Highly recommend!!

My roofs are old and CE sent an inspection to look at very early time, then Matt booked CY to install it. CE is committed to work with insurer for me to get approval for coverage, yet if additional items, one has to ask for help to provide documents justifying the completion of the project, as CE is fast to send you the invoice before completing the business. I trust CE is BBB rated long history company.

Central Exteriors have done four jobs for us, replacing wood clapboard siding with HardieBoard and replacing wood trim with PVC. All the jobs were done on time, on budget, the work was excellent and the prices were competitive. The workers were professional, took care of our property and were great with our kids and dog.

Install team was on-time, installed additional downspout for better design (own accord, not flagged by homeowner), and came back to finish job after a light rain because it was the predicted to rain that night. Had multiple estimates and John from Arden NC location came out and gave me multiple estimates from shingles to metal and explained everything and modified the estimate twice. There were no hidden costs. Very professional and on time in everything they did. Each day clean up was done to ensure pets and tired were safe!!! John was so responsive and honest - best complaint around WNC. If you need a roof … this is your company. I plan on having siding done next.

Chris came out quickly and gathered information for gutter replacement. He asked if I would like a roof estimate also. I was surprised at how affordable both options were, so we did both the roof and the gutters. The crews cleaned up the site afterwards and we are very happy with our new roof and larger gutters.

I received an estimate in a timely fashion and the job was completed within two weeks of the estimate. They completed it in one day and the cleaned up nicely compared to the original mess. The quality of the work was nice. It's a pretty noisy job and they lived up to that expectation. As far as internal damage in the home, there wasn’t enough for it to lower my rating of the work done. The pricing was really good and comparable. I was able to take the discount and apply it to getting new gutters as well. I will definitely use them again in the near future.

The materials and the crew arrived early, around 7:30 am. They immediately went to work removing the 2 layers of old shingles. They did a wonderful job in cleaning the roof and replacing damaged plywoods before installing new waterproof materials and shingles. The cleanup was excellent. My neighbor came over and couldn't believe the wonderful cleanup job the crew did. I was amazed too. I can understand why Central Exteriors is having such a high rating. The company's roof specialist is very friendly and helpful in explaining the project and the cost is very reasonable. I will recommend this company for any exterior works. My new Provia windows are beautiful, slider door and storm door are significant upgrades from what I had. The installation crew was wonderful - timely, well organized, neat (covers, drop cloths, vacuuming as appropriate), happy, showed pride in their work. The results look and operate perfectly. I didn’t go price shopping as I knew what the likely range would be - I called three contractors. Central was the only group to call me back the same day (no need to talk to anyone else!), quickly arranged for measuring, treated me as a valued customer from the start, and once windows were manufactured (an acceptable wait), quickly scheduled an installation day. They even arranged a double crew so all 20 windows, bay window, and 2 doors were fully installed in one day (much appreciated by everyone in the house)! We are completely satisfied.
