Jonathan Rank was timely and professional; he communicated well with the Home Owners Association. The work was done well and completed slightly earlier than expected. All the mess of leaves from the roofs and gutters were cleaned up and disposed of and we looked neat as a pin when the job was done. It was worth paying a little more for the service. We will hire him again next year and I personally will hire him for intermediate cleanings of our roofs and gutters.

This guy did awesome work. I needed to get my tiled roof looking good before I put my house on the market. He was fun to work with, on time, and did top notch work. I have been in the trades for 40 years and I know how a roof should be cleaned. Jonathon went above and beyond what I paid him to do. I would definitely recommend him.

Jonathon of Central Coast Roof and Gutter Cleaning is very responsive to requests for quotes and once you decide to go with Jonathon, he's very quick to schedule. Jonathon is local to the Santa Cruz County communities and does a great job cleaning gutters or performing power wash jobs. Jonathon is very good at working on multi-story structures and if fairly priced. Give him a try.

Jonathon is the friendliest and most professional local guy! He's thorough, efficient and polite. I needed help with cleaning the roof and gutters, and he came by quickly to offer a reasonable, competitive quote.

I was really happy with his work and communication and so called him back to help again with pressure washing our garage and driveway. Again, quick response, and scheduled the work soon. He helped with preparation that wasn't originally part of the deal, and came back to check the driveway looked good when it was dry!

Highly recommend and I'll definitely be hiring Central Coast Roof and Gutter again

Jonathon replaced a skylight that was broken at my house. He was a strong communicator, calling when he was on his way. I found him both friendly and professional. He gave me a written proposal before performing the work, and great reference packet about his company. He replaced the skylight and cleaned my other two for free! I will definitely be using his services again.

After the winter we had last year, I was in dire need of having my gutters cleaned. I have used other companies in the past but tried this one out. I felt valued as a customer and my calls were returned and the service was performed promptly. Jonathon was very professional and easy to work with. He also made recommendations for repair where my gutters were not well supported and starting to fall apart. I would highly recommend this company!
