3 years ago they installed new gutters and downspouts on our house. They did a good job. But on the back side of our house the gutter is 40 ft long and it only has one downspout. It doesn't drain well, so I called them last year and asked if they could add another downspout. They said they would come stop over and take care of it. They never showed up. So I called them again this year and there is no answer, so I left a message. 2 weeks have gone by and they still haven`t called me back. Not a good way to do business. I guess they don't care about you after the job is done.
