The employer was great to work with. During the our initial consultation, it didn't feel like a 'hard sell' which is why we opted to contract with this roofer. The owner led us through the entire process, including explaining to us what we could expect from the insurance company (that wasn't bad either). He provided us a time frame for the whole installation from start to finish (which he kept to) and everything else that we needed to know; he helped us to navigate the whole unfamiliar process. We felt like he gave us 'extra' attention but maybe that is his standard for how he operates. We definitely felt like he was a good guy after the whole process was complete and we were glad that we chose this company. We are satisfied with the roof and we have referred several friends to use this roofer as well. Everyone else seems satisfied too so he's doing something right.

From the first phone call to the final product I received exceptional service and quality work at the best price around. Clayton was hands on and went above and beyond to make sure that all my needs were met! I even changed the color last minute and it was not a issue at all. My work had me out of town for the whole project and he accommodated me with no problem. I needed to have a piece of down spout reattached and some caulking done on my roof. I called Clayton on Friday and he came out and completed the job on Saturday! I also discussed an ongoing issue I've been having with a leak. He is drafting a plan to fix it permanently. I couldn't be happier with C&C Roofing & Restoration!

Clayton is very trustworthy and the quality of work was excellent. There were a couple of small issues that he took care of immediately. He also took care of some of my neighbors and they also were very satisfied. He was able to get my insurance to cover the cost all I had to pay was my deductible. I highly recommend this company.

I don't trust a whole lot of people so when Clayton knocked on my door, I almost didn't answer it. But I did and I am glad I did. He wanted to talk about my roof. I knew it needed some work. He got up there and inspected it. When he came down, he said he was pretty sure the insurance company would pay for the serious wind damage he found. We sat together on the front step and together talked to my insurance company. That was all she wrote-every step of the way, Clayton worked with me in a most transparent way and I soon had a whole new roof, down to the rafters. His crew was amazing and they had the entire job done with in two days. If you are thinking about having any kind of work done I HIGHLY RECOMMEND C&C Roofing & Restoration.
