Used to be a top notch wholesale company. Let the 1 guy go "brian see past reviews" who was extremely knowledgeable and made sure nothing was over looked or missed. I've been purchasing materials for the last 6 years over the phone without any serious problems, new corporate owner "homedepot" no longer accept phone calls for ordering products so 2.5 hr round trip is not going to work for a small business like myself I suggest going elsewhere.
Terrible customer service and lack of empathy. Demanding i drive out to a job to take a picture of skylight, remove it and take it back before i could come buy the new one to bring there to install making it very inefficient for me. My past few orders alone have been defective in one way or another costing me time and money. In turn making me have to reach out to the suppliers they get the materials from. Why are we paying you to be a middle man again if we are doing your job? I personally will be driving to the factory or ordering online. No need for a middle man. No more business from me. I would encourage other's to look elsewhere as well. Pioneer roofing just opened in Sedro-woolley. I will be taking my business there. Your welcome for my past four years of business. Too bad you won't be around for the next 40.
