Castle Rock Inc is by far the best company i have worked with. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Very trustworthy and reliable. They handled the insurance portion of it and made it such an easy smooth process. Luis, a very skilled and great person overall. Would definitely use this company again. Would rate 10 stars if i could! Thank you for the work once again, turned out amazing!

THE owner of the company is intimidated by anyone.
that has any construction knowledge on any level. I called him out, he will not return calls even to perform routine punch list walk items of unsatisfactory completion
of work. We've been trying to contact Louise for weeks and he has not returned any calls
but he has demanded payments.He increased his initial contract according to what he can receive from the insurance companies for insurance claims so hes solely specializes in Insurance work.
Luis will not return my calls and demands payment, he gas not walked the project and has submitted additional claims for unspecified additional work.
Please be aware of his Loring meaneror because once you sign his contract his demeanor changes and threatens with mechanical leins is hus payment needs aren't met.

The owner of this company is the worst. He quoted us a price for siding and we all signed the contract, then in the middle of the project he claimed he miscalculated the square feet for materials and the price went up by thousands. After the job was finished he then changed the price again because he knows the insurance company is paying for the work. He is not to be trusted. I regret not going with the other company I had an estimate from. Dealing with Castle Rock has been nothing short of a stressful nightmare. He wants final payment but will not show his face to do the final walk thru to fix small discrepancies. After many calls and texts with no response from him he finally responds only with final payment invoice. We are still waiting for the final items to be fixed. Any other company would follow thru with the job, not this one! We will be reporting him to the BBB and the insurance company. Stay away from this business!

Ruined my brand new lights with rusty screws! There weren't even supposed to be screws there!

Castle Rock Construction installed the roof of the house I bought and I was given a 5 year warranty on it (Attached a screenshot as proof). After 3 years I had an inspection done and it came back saying the roof needed work because it had been poorly and cheaply done. I contacted Castle Rock since I had the warranty and was told verbally their policy is that warranties aren't "transferable". Their actual warranty doesn't say that nor does their website. I uploaded their actual warranty as proof.

Very poor customer service and based on the 2 inspections I've had done to the roof, poor workmanship.

Castle Rock Construction (Luis Castillo) and son came and gave me an estimate and was very professional and personable! This company came back 2 days later and performed the work on my roof that the insurance company said needed to be done (installed shingle ridge cap and flue rain cap on my roof). They were very knowledgeable, friendly and they cleaned up behind themselves! This company also sent me pictures of the work they performed. When I get my roof replace I will definitely use this company and will refer to friends and family.

Castle Rock Construction Inc. helped me replace and install my roof, siding, and gutters. This company is very professional. The people are very easy going and are easy to work with. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend.They do really good high quality work.
