Castle Construction recently rebuilt my deck and added a pitched roof cover. They were extraordinarily professional, and thorough in their work. Craftsmanship was excellent, as was attention to detail. Throughout the entire process, the communication lines were always open, and I was made aware of any issues.

We used Castle Construction by reference of a neighbor friend and after we saw the amazing work they did on a their basement. Ours was an interior remodel. It involved reshaping existing space. Brian really heard what we were looking for. He provided options and advised us all the way. Jake managed the project extremely well. They kept us informed and were always open to hear our comments or questions. Castle completed the project on time and on budget. We would totally come back to them for another project and highly recommend them.

By shear luck I found Castle Construction, it was my lucky day. We did a sunroom and a deck replacement. Over the moon, five stars, couldn’t have been more pleased. I read lots of their reviews and all the bases have been covered. One thing that was not mentioned was the permitting process, either the city or the county depending on where you live. Permitting and inspections, Castle knows the codes and what is required and expected. Inspectors came at the appointed time in the work, did their inspections, 100% sign off. Castle knows their business. You can’t go wrong with Bryan and the Castle team.

There are NO words strong enough to express how much I would recommend Castle Construction! I would give more than five stars if I could. We renovated our entire home using Castle and they did an outstanding job with every detail. From the new porch, to moving bathrooms and the laundry room, to every bathroom remodel, to new windows and new siding - everything was fantastic! Jake project managed every single aspect and had amazing design ideas and attention to detail. Our house transformed over the construction period from a fixer-upper to a beautiful and welcoming home. Castle Construction came out, gave us a quote, and after we wired the first payment they ghosted us. We reached out to them multiple times and they didn’t get back to us. Finally after the last attempt, they gave a one line email response “get back to u this Friday…” which was almost a week away. Worst onboarding experience ever. Terrible customer service, and took zero responsibility. They didn’t apologize nor did they show any remorse. If you don’t care about timeliness, healthy communication and follow through, then these are ur guys. If there was less than a 1 star they would get it.

We recently hired Castle Construction to remove and build a new deck/outdoor living space. They are great with detail along with building design. The crew is very friendly and extremely hard working. We were looking to do a total teardown and rebuild of our 2 aging decks as well as some structural repairs under our sunroom. We got quotes from several local contractors before deciding to go with Castle Construction. We are very happy that we did. Castle Construction replaced our deck with a screened in patio a couple of months ago, and we had a truly great experience with them! The team we worked with (Dave, Chris, Jake, and Arturo) was the best. We have been burnt by unreliable contractor/construction services in the past and were really wanting to find the best group for this project, and we couldn’t have been happier. There were a couple of issues that popped up during the permitting process (not Castle’s fault in any way, city government issues) and Castle went above and beyond to not only get the permits figured out but still finish ahead of schedule. I have had the best experience with Castle. My 30 year old deck was completely rotted and needed to be replaced. We estimated with what we wanted to build that the cost would be around $90k. We interviewed and receive estimates from 4 different companies and we decided to go with Castle for several reasons. The first being that their estimate was right on target with what we were thinking, second, the amount of time that they have been in business in East Cobb and their excellent reviews, and finally they said they were able to do all of our requests, whereas other contractors said that we couldn't get an outdoor fireplace. They let us know it would be a few months before they could start our job, but they would stay in touch with me. It took them 3 months to get to us and they started February 7th and we were told it would take about 10 weeks to complete the job. The guys got to work so quickly! My old deck was gone in a day and they cleaned up the work site perfectly, every day. As we got farther into the project, we discovered that my entire chimney was completely rotted and needed to be completely rebuilt. No problem for Castle! It was an additional cost, but it was a reasonable cost and a necessity. The craftsmanship and attention to detail where apparent through the entire project. My project manager stayed in close touch with me letting me know exactly what was going on, allowing me to make decisions about materials and colors as worked forward. I ended up adding a good bit to the project as we moved forward, including adding rafters, changing and upgrading paint, adding french doors and hardy plank siding my entire chimney. Castle was more than happy to help and provided me with work change orders with the exact cost of my upgrades. The guys that were doing the work were friendly, respectful, clean and fun to watch work! Flash forward 9 weeks and my deck is done! It's more beautiful than I could have imagined when we started. Castle went above and beyond my expectations every step of the way. They did not go one cent over their original quoted budget for the deck itself, it was my chimney, upgrades and additions that brought the cost up alone. I can not recommend them highly enough. My deck is stunning and will last for decades to come.

Deck Tear Down and Rebuild. Brian called us from home advisor. We explained our extremely tight budget and he was willing to work with us. The initial walk through for the qoute was very thorough. The work was done by the same 3 gentlemen. They noticed some structural damage and repaired that as well. Took a little over a week to complete. IT LOOKS SOOOO GOOD. Couldn't be happier. Bryan, Michael & Team did an amazing job re-modelling our home. We interviewed multiple companies to do an extensive remodel and they brought creative and practical ideas that others didn't and priced the job fairly. They were reliable and transparent around timelines and price changes (when we requested changes) and completed the job when they said they would. Furthermore, when we discovered some new outlets weren't working several months after the job was complete, they came out and fixed them at no cost. I recommend them and would use them again for future renovations.

Brian and team have been amazing every time we have used them—including finishing our basement. So professional, clear and not obtrusive at all. We have recommended their services to others and they have had positive experiences as well.

We hired Castle to build a deck and remove our fireplace and chimney. We are confident that the water damage caused by the chimney has been correctly repaired and the new deck is a safe and beautiful place for our family to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Castle listened and responded to our requests, concerns, and questions timely. I appreciated the suggestions and recommendations that they were able to provide when we asked. They offered multiple choices for each decision along the way that matched up with the design intent I provided at the beginning of the project. Overall they were able to complete the project just under the original budget/estimate and they would have completed ahead of the estimated schedule as well if there weren't delivery problems outside of their control. Castle stayed on top of the window manufacturer and delivery company when there were problems and kept us informed of the delays. I plan to reach out to them again for future renovation needs.

Castle finished our basement and a few months later extended our deck. Michael and Bryan were open to ideas, discussions, design and choices. The work is almost completed at the time of this review, and we think both projects are beautiful additions to our new home.

We had Castle add a laundry room to our house and the outcome was fabulous. This far exceeded our expectations. Castle not only built a great room but found and fixed problems in the original construction. These guys are worth every penny. We couldn't have navigated the jungle of Marietta ordinances without them!! This company is great and I'd use them on our next project. Oh wait, I did because this isn't the first time they've helped us.
