Castillo's Builders Inc

The previous owner of my house hired Castillo Builders to put a new roof on it shortly before we bought it. Not long after we moved in, the roof started leaking in 4 different places. After research, I discovered that no permit had been pulled. The building inspector was kind enough to come and look at the roof and found 3 more code violations. When the roof was 3 years old, we hired another company to replace the entire roof. This company told me there were 3 layers of roofing material which makes for a 5th code violation.

Castillo Builders has restored my faith in contractors.I recently had my roof replaced and they did it in a quick,efficient and professional manner and even with an additional charge for venting the price was still a great deal less than several other quotes I had. Sandra was extremely knowledgeable and made everything clear when we signed contracts.They didn't even cash my check until they had begun the work,unlike DreamStyle who restuccoed my house ,They cashed the check the same day and didn'nt show up until 2 1/2 months later.
I credit Isidro with keeping in touch with us as to the progress and even having the whole crew working on a Sunday to make sure we were buttoned up against the first snow of the season . I have more projects I plan on doing this year and could not think of having anyone else do the work .A thoroughly pleasant experience from beginning to end I would recommend them highly to anyone Mary Colson Alb. I wish i had photos of our bathrooms that Castillos Builders completed earlier this year. Were still painting which was our choice to finish that part. These guys do really great work. Isidro is talented, creative and hardworking. They have put on a new roof, new stucco, built a retaining wall in our front yard, added a ramp going into the house and added a new section of side walk by the ramp. He's done this work for us over the years and were really pleased with their work. I'll try to post pictures later but there are just to many to show.
