I hired him because I have a flood water come inside my house. And he did some work, but the water still come inside the house nothing gets fixed and he gave me guarantee for six months but he left without finish his work and he never come back to fix the issue and every time I call him and I text him he never answer I waste my time and my money .

Castillo Upgrades LLC has been my go-to for many of my major home projects. They have done interior painting, repaired and replaced sections of my ceiling, full landscaping and lawn maintenance. They have never disappointed. I recently hired Castillo Upgrades LLC to replace the roof on my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The price was comparable to many of the other roofing services in the area. However, I most appreciated the constant updates and upfront honesty when it came to discussing challenges with my roof that could affect the price. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and skilled. They completed the job on time and within budget, and the quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Because I am someone that simply “dots his I’s and crosses his T’s” on everything, I went the extra step to also hire a third party roof inspector and needless to their feedback on the installation work was nothing short of exceptional! Not only does my new roof look fantastic, but I also have peace of mind knowing that it was installed with precision and care. I highly recommend Castillo Upgrades LLC to anyone in need of any of the services I have mentioned.
