Cascade Roofing

I can’t vouch for their roofs, but one of their guys took the time to pull over and pick up my wallet I’d lost in the middle of south Commerical street. He then spent about an hour playing Sherlock Holmes to get my phone number. He texted me and I was able to come get it on my way out of town for a weeks vacation- absolutely saved me SO much time and stress. I can’t thank them enough!

Our roof looks amazing thanks to Cascade Roofing! We've used Cascade Roofing many times over the years for our rentals, shops and other family homes, but this time it was our home. They were responsive to our needs and made suggestions along the way so we understood our options which helped us make the right decisions. Great employees that work tirelessly and efficiently and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Super impressed and will continue using and recommending them!!!

This is the second house I have used Cascade to replace the roof. Out of the six bids I got for this roof replacement Cascade was by far the least cost. Their work quality appears to be good, they do an admirable job protecting the landscaping and gutters, and they also do an admirable job cleaning up after the job is done.

We used cascade roofing to replace the roof on our rental property. The work was done on time as scheduled. The price was very reasononable and the roof looks amazing. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend!

Not only are they here on time when they say they will be, their workers work tirelessly to get the job done professionally and quickly and they make sure everything is cleaned up every night before they go. They also went out of their way to accommodate a short timeline that I needed due to finalizing a refinance. My roof needed some repairs and they took care of all of those. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the type of company that is responsive, timely, and professional at a fair price. You can't go wrong with this company. It has been a few months since we had are new roof installed from cascade roofing . Thank you Hailey and crew you guys are the best . This was the best experience I have ever had with any contractors ever. I would recommend this company to anyone. For 3 years (2018-2020), I have used Cascade Roofing for gutter cleaning and mold treatment. Their pricing has been inconsistent. Each time I was charged a different rate. In Dec, they sent two guys so I was charged double the labor and for two hours. I was home the day of the gutter cleaning and they were here half an hour. I have a typical 1,641 sq ft ranch-style home in West Salem. I had to phone twice to the office before they adjusted the invoice. I suggest you get an estimate of the pricing beforehand. I am thinking of using another company next year.

Let me predicate this with I am a renter the rental agency uses them. They destroyed my personal decorations on the front of my house that they would have had to have taken off the wall in order to destroy as well as my string of lights above my door. They also trampled my rhubarb and left me a huge mess to clean up.

We were VERY impressed all the way around. They were prompt, clean and very affordable. Will definitely recommend these folks!

My roof had been leaking and as soon as I informed them of this, they were able to get on it quickly. I highly recommend this roofing company over anybody else. Very honest with their estimates and wood repair costs.

I was a little apprehensive to hire Cascade Roofing after reading some negative reviews about a driver they had several years back. After thinking about it and reading the responses from Cascade Roofing to the complaints about the driver I decided to go ahead and hire them. I am so glad I did! The guys that came out were polite, friendly, and hard working. Best of all I got my roof done for THOUSANDS less than several other local roofing companies wanted for the exact same products and work. In reality a bad driver from years ago has nothing to do with the quality of work that a company does and it is clear that Cascade Roofing terminated the driver immediately upon hearing the complaints.

I will recommend Cascade Roofing to my friends and family and use them without hesitation for any future roofing needs!

Wow! I personally would never hire somebody that was so rude and hateful towards somebody doing a kind deed, I don't care how good a job they do on a roof. Driver of a tan colored pickup with the company name Cascade Roofing, yelled at a driver 2 cars ahead of him in a parking lot near Shopko and Thai Beer when they let a person waiting to get in line to exit, enter. Driver yelled "common you @#$% idiot" at this kind person, so loud that my kids and I could hear him in our car with the windows up and air conditioner blowing on high. If this was the owner, shame on you. When your company goes under because nobody wants your bitter nasty attitude in their presence, don't be surprised. Maybe some counseling and meds to help you cope with daily stresses? I will be praying for you.

An older man in a grey truck almost side swiped my car by Cue Ball! Impatient! I was backing up out of a parking spot into the road, there was a white car driving the speed limit 22 mph on Sate st and far away, the truck driver swerved around them and was driving in my lane as I was pulling away. I didn't even see him at first, he could've hit my car! I've never recieved service from this company...but they don't seem to keen on safety!

I appreciate that you came to my house unannounced (no schedule or appointment), went through my upstairs window to the roof and put some roof caulking to cover up 6 nails that took a matter of maybe 10-15 minutes all together.

Now all I have been trying to do is pay your $80 visit, but no one answers the phones or return messages. Please answer your phone so I can pay this bill from you guys. Thank you.

1/28/15, 1130H - Had a traffic encounter with one of your drivers exhibiting severe Road Rage (Oregon License Plate 493-GBU) Sand colored pick-up.. This incident occurred in front of the Safeway on S. Commercial where the road merges. Your driver swerved right of me giving me obscene hand motions while running right up on a pick-up with a small trailer and repeating this behavior again. Your driver tried to pass the pick-up with the trailer by going past the suicide lane into the on coming traffic, but was driven back with on-coming traffic. I waited until I got home to decide if I was going to call the Police regarding the Road Rage incident. Upon seeing your website it appears you have had this problem in the past. Whomever this person is he is a liability to your business reputation and financial well-being. If he ever has an accident or causes harm to anyone I am sure the Attorneys will be looking at this disregard for people's safety. You have been warned. Now it is up to you to do something to correct the problem.
