Joshua was great, showed up the same day and was able to get me up and running. Service was fantastic and the price was right.

After a major drain/sewage backup we were connected with Josh Emenecker at Cascade and we couldn’t have asked for better! He delivers A+ service. Josh came out and got right to work while explaining everything thoroughly. He was so kind and understanding my mom needed flow restored to the mainline in her home. He rearranged some of his schedule to accommodate her emergency situation. He is so attentive and detail oriented, couldn’t recommend more!!

After a backed up drain couldn’t be fixed with a heavy drain cleaner I got ahold of Joshua who offered to come by same day later that night because the back up left the drain cleaning solution still in the sink - fuming up the kitchen. While it ended up not being necessary, the offer and commitment was there.

He was at our house the next morning and got the drain in the kitchen and the bathroom squared away and both now empty better than when we bought the house.

He was by himself for less the $300 he did a massive amount of work (pulling toilet, main pipe clean, snaking two drains) he fixed our issue, found the problem and we will be using them as a go to forever! He was able to provide competitive pricing while still managing to get his team in there same day. They did an amazing job and i will use them for all my cleaning request moving forward.
