Casa Builders & Construction

Casa Builders was literally on the spot before we knew we even needed them after the most recent tornado. They jumped in and sawed trees to assist with access in and out of our property and then came back every day to make sure we were doing ok and answered our repair questions. Chad stayed with us through our insurance adjuster's visit which was extremely helpful. He does exactly what he says he and his team will do and then some.

Thank you to Chad and his team for being so willing and able to help after the tornado on Clamshell Lake in Pequot, MN. They possess a vast amount of knowledge with regards to insurance covered repairs and completed all the work on time and with little disruption to our lives.

Our experience with Casa Builders & Construction could not have been more positive. Chad was our contractor and he was more than responsive with the bid, all questions that I had, and even came back to make sure we were happy with the job. He is knowledgeable about the jobs he does, and answers all questions. He does not make you feel like you should have already known what you are asking. His crew was hard working and professional. I was mostly impressed with the clean up that they did. We would not be more happy with this company and highly recommend them for any job. We are now starting a new project with them, just because of how easy everything was to get done. Highly recommended and 5 stars from our experience!

Had Casa Builders redo my roof and siding. Chad was great, helped me work through the Insurance claim and scope adjustment process.

Pros:
+House looks great.
+Work was on time, appointments kept.
+worked with me regarding insurance payputs
+Respected specific requests/asks
+Prompt communication
+Passed city inspection easily
+Quality check crew came back and corrected a few remaining issues after bulk of work completed.

Cons:
-Unclear/No plan or real recommendations for insulation. This lead to some unnecessary fees. They do not (As of early 24) handle insulation.
-Some scrap left in backyard, Loose roofing Nails still showing up to this day.

Would recommend Casa Builders if you need Roofing/siding work done in Twin cities area.

We had an amazing experience with Chad from Casa Builder's. We had storm damage twice within a couple weeks. He came out right away to make sure we had no leaks. Then worked with insurance accessor on our behalf. He educated us on the best materials for the job and showed up when they promised to get the work done in a timely manner. The quality is top notch! We referred them to other neighbors and will continue to do so. It was so great to have Chad come in and take care us and our home!

Had smaller windows taken out and bigger ones put in! They turned out great! The company showed up promptly, did a great job and cleaned up after! I would definitely recommend them!
