We had Deck Shield installed May of 2008 on a balcony over a garage. Imagine that in 2025, CAS sent Gary out to check - at no charge - the seams because the ceiling in the garage was showing leaking. All the seams were fine but did Gary stop there, no. He inspected the balcony for where the leak could be coming from and I found out that the 57 yo mortar had deteriorated severely. Thank you Gary for helping me discover an even greater problem.
This company came to me highly recommended and lived up to their reviews. Knowledgeable, experienced, on time. They came early every day and worked hard. Went the extra mile. Everything was cleaned up when they finished. I have a great looking new roof.
CAS did a great job for me on a new roof in Santa Fe. Excellent service all the way through and after the job completion. I trust Adrian who helped me understand what I needed. And after the job was done and I had paid, there was a small hiccup. Adrian fixed it right away. Great experience. Highly recommend.
