Our experience with Carpet Cowboys was above and beyond. The proprietor and installer were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to guiding us through our flooring decisions. They were meticulous planners and carefully calculated every aspect of our job - even phasing the install so that we could continue living in the space and move our furniture as little as possible. They were personally invested in each step of our installation. We enjoyed working with them, we absolutely love our new floors, and we highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service and great flooring.

Carpet Cowboys did a beautiful job of installing some difficult carpets, both wall to wall, and stairwell runners. They matched patterns perfectly, and took great care in measuring, planning, and executing a complicated runner as it jogged through a hallway and stairwell. They were very nice and easy to interact with, and timely on the installation. I would very definitely recommend them to others.

I was dealing with different contractors in Jackson from out of state in MA. Chris was very thorough with the process and made it simple. Her installers Danny, Tyler, and Richard were also very professional and did and excellent job. I will be doing business with carpet cowboys in the near future. For the rest of my project.

Update (2019). I recently worked with carpet cowboys to help give a "facelift" to a rental property with a tight deadline. Chris and her team were prompt, welcoming, and came thorough during difficult circumstances. Chris was also quick to point out some difficulties I was dealing with for pet sitting circumstances which may have compromised my animals during a family emergency. Chris truly cares about the end user experience and quality of the product she delivers. It was a pleasure dealing with Danny again and I would highly recommend Carpet Cowboys!
