Carpenter Home Improvements was outstanding to work with from the moment I contacted them! Our whole neighborhood was getting new roofs after a hail/wind storm, but our insurance company would only pay for a few shingles to be replaced.
The original roofing company I contacted for the claim said they don't have the time to push back against big insurance companies, but a neighbor that had run into the same problem told me about Carpenter Home Improvements and how they fought back to get their insurance company to pay for the whole thing.
Yancey guided us through the whole process, and sure enough, our insurance company later agreed that they would pay for the whole roof to be replaced! If you are looking for constant communication, follow-through, and someone willing to not accept the low-ball insurance estimates, contact Carpenter Home Improvements immediately!!
No corners were cut on the installation, and I even had a neighbor in home construction tell me as he was watching it go up say, "You got a great contractor, because they are doing everything the right way." I had an AMAZING experience with this roofing company and they truly did exceptional work within a few hours on my 2 story home with a extra roofing as well. The communication was superb and constant with updates and photos. I truly recommend this company and will be using them when it is time for another roof or with other properties needing completed.
