We had a very bad experience with Joe at Carolina Roofing and Siding. A large part of the job he was contracted to do, he failed to do. He has yet to refund any of the money for that part of the job. He was very insistent on getting paid before the job was complete on a couple of occasions. I would never recommend this company. Joan

I have had the pleasure of utilizing this
Company on two occasions. Once 2 years ago, and most recently this week (Sept 25/ 2024).
These guys are totally squared away. They quote an accurate price (no surprise's) and they are here when they say they will be.
The product is phenomenal and they give a great representation of the product. The process is very smooth, and without issue. Unless you are a “Karen”, this roofing, siding, painting company is the absolute best deal around. Also “local” from Campobello, SC.

Joe and Sadat were wonderful to work with. They are very experienced and efficient, plus they have a great manufacturer warranty to stand behind their work. Not to mention they had the most competitive rates I had found at that professional level. They were great at communicating. Everything was done promptly, as promised, and exactly when they said it would happen. Joe came out the very next day to inspect the situation when I had initially called due to the roof leaking after a storm. We had a full roof removal and replacement, plus gutters. Once we confirmed we'd be working with them we were placed on the schedule fairly quickly. The crew was also skilled, respectful, and efficient. We are extremely happy with the results and how great everything looks and functions now. I would recommend Carolina RSP to anyone as my first pick. Great work and friendly service!!

We recently had my fathers roof replaced by Carolina Roofing Siding and Painting, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My dad has trouble hearing and with his vision but Sadat, Joe and the entire team took care of him like family. They were courteous, punctual, professional and incredibly skilled. Sadat explained the entire process from initial consult to final inspection, answered all of my Dad's questions and made sure he felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. the quality of the work and craftmanship were top notch and the finished the project in just TWO DAYS !! Our property was left spotless with no tacks or nails or shingle scraps anywhere. I highly recommend Carolina Roofing Siding and Painting. They all truly went above and beyond.

Joe Reilly put a new roof on my house. He was in and out in two days. He was careful of the landscaping. The roof is beautiful. He guided me to the appropriate color.
As an added benefit, he gave me a kayak lesson as he is an avid kayaker. I could not be happier with the service and he removed a couple friends houses and they were quite happy as well. Thank you Joe and crew❣️

Joe came right out as promised and completed the repair of my roof leak promptly and efficiently. He is a true professional and an experienced roofer. His demeanor and presence allowed me to trust him from the start and I was not let down. The value of his work was spot on and I am planning calling him to quote doing gutter guards.

We had some issues with our solar panels requiring new roofing on part of our home. Joe Reilly was sent out to do an inspection and quote a price to repair and install the new roofing and make inside repairs. I asked him to quote me to price for the additional roofing so I could have an entire new roof. Unlike the solar panel contacts Joe always replied quickly each time I had a question. He setup times and worked with the guys who were to remove the panels so he could do his work. He worked with everyone involved and brought everything together. I have worked with a lot of companies but Joe is one of the BEST. He actually does what he says he will do, answers your calls or texts in a timely manner. He takes the time to explain what will be done and answers all your questions. I also had gutters replaced and they done a great job. I really appreciate someone who actually does what they say and that is Joe.
