I contacted Carolina Master Craftsman to repair a new deck ramp that was found to be structurally unsound. Kevin showed up to do an initial assessment and returned the next day with a detailed quote that was transparent and fair.

The construction itself was smooth and efficient. Kevin worked throughout the weekend to ensure the deck ramp was built to the highest standards. He paid attention to every detail, taking into account my design preferences, and addressed all concerns. His ability and skill speak for themselves! He delivered a finished product that is square, level, and plumb.

We had more projects so again we made a call to Carolina Master Craftsman. We've used them for in-the-home projects in the past but this time, we had some foundation and driveway concrete work that we needed completed. from painting to tile work to a few electrical repairs and even a plumbing issue. In the past, they've helped us remodel a room and help with a plumbing issue. As before, they showed up when they said they would and got the projects completed at the budget they told us upfront. I've tried Angie's List and a couple of services like that but they don't hold a candle to what we've experienced with Carolina Master Craftsman and their workers. I even told my boss about them as we are getting ready to do some office build-out work so I know that their commercial work will be as good as what I've experienced at home. Definitely my permanent "go-to"!!

Installed the most beautiful stair case and railings in our new home. Under a very demanding time frame, the finish is perfect. No detail was overlooked. We could not be happier.
