We decided to just fix it at this time and we were very satisfied with the repair he performed and even took the extra time to match up our existing shingle brand and color. Tim's company worked in very high heat and finished my new roof on the house and garage in two days. The crew barely stopped for breaks and cleaned up the site when they were finished. I have been recommending this company to all my friends.

We reached out to Justin after a wind storm we had in NC that blew some shingles off the roof. Justin came out and inspected the roof and explained everything and the process to my wife and I as we were not sure the process with dealing with insurance. Justin was amazing to say the least. After a few months of denials and headaches Carolina Coastal Roofing, Justin got it approved. They did a phenomenal job at the roof. We have had the roof now almost a year and zero issues. Justin came out after our previous contractor cancelled and he helped fix some siding damage that occurred during Hurricane Debby. He was quick, honest, affordable and timely! He apologize for the contractor who cancelled on us last minute when he had nothing to do with it. Great guy, great work and we will be using him for our remodel!

Allstate was a nightmare to deal with until Justin and his team got involved. They originally offered only a third of what it would cost to get my storm damaged roof issues resolved. The adjuster only offered a patch job instead of full shingle replacement. Carolina Coastal Roofing came out, took pictures, patched the most serious areas to prevent further inside damages. They then took on all communication with insurance company and was able to convince them to pay for all inside and outside damages. Very happy with results. Roofing crew was very professional, cleaned up all debris and completed the job in less than a day. Justin followed up after completion to confirm my satisfaction with the job. Had a small issue with a couple of nail pops. (Not uncommon it happens on roof replacements) One phone call had a man there next day. While the service man was there he walked the whole roof. They arrived early to every inspection our homeowners insurance required and dealt masterfully with inspectors, engineers, and adjusters; they are pros! They kept me informed even when my insurance company fell silent and refused to return calls. When it came time to do the work, their crew arrived on time (early even) and completed the roof in just one day. It was getting dark at the time of completion so the crew came back the next morning to ensure everything was cleaned up. & the roof looks fantastic! The work was completed in a timely manner and they took great care of our property, leaving it clean and tidy. CCR also installed new gutters for us. Great company and work quality. I had Carolina Coastal Roofing come out and replace my entire roof after age and wind damage (I had shingles blown down into my backyard). They came out and gave me a free estimate (the estimate was done after they went up and examined the roof, not from the ground like some companies) They showed me the damage via pictures they took and all at no charge to me. We set an appointment and they came out and showed me all my options and different price points. They had all the supplies delivered the day before the install, so I didn't have to look at them for weeks before they came out. On the installation day, the guys came out early in the morning and were done before 5 p.m. I have a large house with a few angles so it was not a straight A-line roof. they cleaned up and even came again a day later to check for nails with a magnet in the grass and driveway (no flat tires). They called after the installation and even checked again a few weeks later to see if I was still satisfied. Justin, Timothy, and the install team were great to work with. Very professional and responsive to all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace the roof of their home or their gutters.
