I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I got with Cole and Carolina Chic. I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I started the project so Cole helped a lot by asking questions and making suggestions. He saved me money and prevented mistakes on multiple occasions. He was also a perfectionist. He was unhappy with the work one of his subs did so he came back on a weekend and fixed all of the work himself.

There were the normal setbacks you have to expect in a large project. The weather was occasionally uncooperative and I asked for some changes/additions that lengthened the project a little. Cole was great a communicating any time something was delayed or they needed me to sequester my dogs because someone was working in the house.

Carolina Chic wasn't the cheapest quote I got but I firmly believe that you get what you pay for and I got exemplary service. I will definitely be calling Cole when it's time to redo the bathrooms and will continue to recommend Carolina Chic to everyone I know thinking about renovations.

Gotta say the tile work Mitch Loy did was what impressed me most!. Britney and Cole know where to find the good guys. They also took all my over direction and knit picks in stride and they delivered a great remodel. I would certainly use them again as you should.

Carolina Chic did some backsplash for us a few months ago in our kitchen and I have to sing their praises because the work has held up. Cole came out same day I contacted and measured my kitchen and gave me an estimate. He gave me a few ideas of what I could do and we decided on picket tiles.

The gentlemen from his team who ended up performing the job did an AMAZING job and they gave us a few ideas on what to do for the grout because we were clueless on what looked good. We also applaud the painter from the team who had to fix a few spots where our old granite was. Cole did warn us that you would slightly be able to tell a fresh coat of paint from what was originally there, but honestly the new paint blended in well.

Cole was extremely communicative before and during the backsplash process. The backsplash people did have to come back one extra time to fix up some grout spots, but Cole didn’t make it seem like an inconvenience whatsoever. He wanted us to be happy.

Highly recommend their company if you need home design work done. Cole is a licensed NC general contractor!

We recently decided to make the move from New York to North Carolina. We purchased a home which we wanted to turn into our dream home. Without knowing anyone in the area, a Google search brought us to Carolina Chic. Their 5 star rating stood out from the sea of contractor links that popped up, and OH MY do they live up to those stars!

We had 30 days from the date of closing to our move in date, so everything needed to be handled virtually without ever meeting first in person. Despite the distance, everything was handled seamlessly through virtual meetings, FaceTime calls and photo exchanges.

Brittney has an incredible eye for design. She effortlessly transformed our space into a stylish and functional home that reflects our taste perfectly. Cole’s attention to detail was impeccable, from ensuring that the frosted glass shower doors aligned perfectly to adding floor protectors to every desk leg. They even took the care of personally washing our bedding with our preferred detergent!

Their dedication and care went beyond the project itself. We heard from others that they helped our neighbors by assisting with bulky deliveries that were dropped in between the street and their driveway—truly going above and beyond!

Throughout the process, they maintained transparency and professionalism, keeping us informed and sticking to our budget without any surprises. Quite honestly, they made the entire experience enjoyable and even fun, turning what is typically a very stressful endeavor into a smooth and exciting journey!!

I worked with Carolina Chic to update my living room design to include a new accent wall and add additional lighting. Carolina Chic did a wonderful job of taking my vision and making it a reality. Cole & Brittney were really thoughtful and patient with coming up with a plan, paying attention to details, and working with a team to coordinate all necessary aspects of the job. They are extremely talented in their craft and made the process as seamless as possible. Communication and professionalism were outstanding through the entire process. Cole and Brittany did an amazing job transforming our home! We moved to NC and our home was comfortable but dated! Carolina Chic was exactly what we needed. We had issues with a past contractor, and Cole with Carolina Chic was the only contractor who would consider fixing the issues left behind. He and his crew showed up on time, stayed on budget and were great with communication. We are very grateful.

I was very unfortunate to have a massive leak from an appliance in my home. The water restoration company insurance sent out did their job, but I was then left with a gutted downstairs. Insurance tried to low ball the costs to replace all the flooring, baseboards and cabinets. I called Cole at Carolina Chic and he was over the same day and even handled all the hassle of the insurance agents to get the payout from insurance to cover the work that needed to be done. The work was clean, quick, beautifully and within budget! Highly recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about Carolina Chic. From the first consultation to my final beautiful bathroom, Cole, Brittany and their crew were awesome. They were very reassuring and so easy to stay in contact with. Brittany is a talented designer who helped with all the pretty choices. Cole really knows construction and made sure everything was right. You cannot ask for a better team!

Brittany and Cole are awesome! I first hired Brittany for design consulting. I had some ideas but unsure of how to pull it all together. I showed her what I had, she came over with more choices and helped me make final decisions on flooring, backsplash, wall color, chair color, rug choices, kitchen countertop and sink choices. I walked her through the house and went over other ideas I had and she gave great feedback! I then hired Cole to complete kitchen backsplash and he also gave great feedback on other issues we had with a previous contractor and possible solutions. We are still in the process of adding more decor but so far, it’s amazing!

Cole did an amazing job with removing a tub and installing a tile walk in shower. High quality, very detailed, personable, and attentive to needs and wants. I highly recommend Carolina Chic.

Cole, Brittney, Houston, and his team at Carolina Chic did a FANTASTIC job with our kitchen remodel. Brittany did a great job designing our vision and helping us pick out the best pieces to make the remodel happen. In total we got a new backsplash, new countertops, new sink, new electrical for everything in the kitchen, new lighting to LED, other new lighting, chandelier replacement, new faucet, and a host of other things.

Cole and Houston did a fantastic job removing and installing our new tile in the laundry room and foyer. Cole was super responsive with any questions and made sure we were aware of everything that was going on. They were here on time every day and made sure to clean up before leaving. Cole is professional and qualified. He is always on site and participating in the work. He has very high standards and makes sure his jobs meet them. He did beautiful work and I felt very safe having him in my home.

Cole did a great job removing an existing tile shower and installing a new one. He also removed our bathroom ceiling and installed new bathroom-appropriate sheetrock. He was very meticulous in the details, and I feel like the quality of his work is superior. Cole was pleasant to work with, as were all of his associates. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing so that I, as the homeowner, would be educated. When there was a change I wanted to make, he made the change without trouble. We are thrilled with the finished product, and would happily recommend him to anyone who needed a project done in their home.

These two are amazing! So fun and easy to work with and they deliver breath taking results. It does help that my style is very similar to theirs but I have no doubt they could pull off just about anything. They are helping my family to finally have the comfy home I’ve always dreamed of! Plus they love dogs!
