I was very disappointed in the service @ Carlock Toyota in Tupelo, the finance manager wasn’t very understanding to my financial situation. I had bought a new Corolla(with a longer payment plan), he added extended warranty to my loan without my approval, the end of the loan he quoted me the payment. I discovered the extra warranty through my insurance agent, when I talked to the finance manager he said “ I signed the document “, he never explained the documents I was signing.
My business with Carlock Toyota in. Tupelo was a very bad experience.
I tried to resolve my payment plan with a down payment, he said his management would not accept my plan.
My payoff (on my trade-in), takes 7-10 days to pay off my balance (per financial manager @ Carlock Toyota, Tupelo)

We would like to thank Cory Evans for the purchase of our new 4runner. We knew we needed a new car whenever my car completely died on me earlier this year. We were in the market for a SUV because we knew we wanted something a little bigger since we had a new baby girl. I will say the first day we went up there was a bit overwhelming. I never had purchased a new car before so I wasn’t sure of all the ins and outs. Also, I knew I wanted a SUV, but didn’t have to have a particular model or color I was set on. When we first went at the end of the month, I felt as though as everyone was trying to make a sale and not really hearing what I wanted or what I was willing to pay for a month even if I was approved that amount. Yes, I was approved but not willing to pay that amount per month. So we declined purchasing anything that day and went home feeling overwhelmed. So in the next upcoming weeks, we narrowed down what we were looking for and a budget we were hoping to stay in. We talked over the few weeks and found a few options that may fit into what I liked. So the next time we went to Carlock toyota we firm on what were looking for and what we were willing to spend. The next experience was so much better and we are happy to say we got a New 4runner out of the deal, which we will hope to drive for many years. Thanks for helping us!
