Outstanding service! The December 18, 2023 wind/rain storm blew off shingles from our ridge vent. We spoke to Casey around 4:00 PM. He was at our house at 7:30 am the next day. Problem solved! Highly recommended.

After calling a number of companies about repairing a flashing leak on my chimney, I reached out to Roof Surgeons. Casey stopped by the next day to look at the problem. Instead of replacing the entire flashing, which wasn’t cheap, he recommended resealing it. We had heavy rain last night and no water leaked in. By resealing it, Casey saved me over $1,000 in repairs. I’d highly recommend them for any roof repairs or replacement.

I called today because we had an area in our attic where rain and snow would enter b/c of some sort of defect in our roof. Like some others we called about a leak in our roof this past November. He showed up the next day and did about 30 mins of roof glue, took $300 and told us he’d come back if we had any more
issues. The repair did not help at all, we called so many times and he kept dodging the calls. Very disappointed. I never write reviews, but this was very disheartening and just a bummer.

Roof Surgeon was quick to respond to my initial request for a leaking roof. I paid $350 for less than 30 minutes of work. They said if there were any issues to let them know and they would come back out. I contacted them a few days later to let them know that although it was better it was still leaking. I have spent almost a month and a half following up regularly with poor responses. Twice he scheduled a day to come out and both times he did not show up and did not call. I am going to have to pay someone else to complete the repair.

Casey and Roof Surgeons are a fantastic company to work with. My 16 year old roof, in a very windy area of Cape Elizabeth, had shingles ripped off from two consecutive high wind storms. Casey came out, assessed the condition of the roof and recommended shingles that would withstand the severe winds I get from being so close to the ocean. His crew came in and did a highly professional job. And they work their proverbial tails off - nonstop from early in the morning to after dark (I saw them with flashlights!) Clean up met all my standards. I couldn't be more pleased with how they handled the job. Professional from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Had a small leak in our roof and chose to call Roof Surgeons because of their amazing reviews. I’m giving a one star because there was no follow through after multiple calls and texts. We were told more than once that someone would stop by to take a look at our roof and not once did someone show up. We were told they would stop by multiple days and even “within an hour or two” and no one did. If the man I spoke to was honest and just said “sorry I don’t have time this week” that would’ve been better than lying multiple times to a potential customer.

I contacted Roof Surgeons after reading their excellent online customer reviews. The voicemail message I left was promptly responded to by K.C. After describing my concerns he offered to visit my residence in person. An onsite inspection led to an immediate solution. I am pleased by K.C.'s timeliness, thoroughness and ability to resolve our roof issue. I highly recommend Roof Surgeons.

I called Roof Surgeons to make an appointment to have a new roof to place over our existing sunroom roof because of some small leaks. Casey answered & said he could be @ our house within 1/2 hour. I happy & surprised.

Right on time, he & coworker arrived. After an assessment of the roof, he said we did not need a new roof. It was in excellent shape, but there could be water coming from the windows above.

He put sealant around windows & recommended the installation of a gutter to divert the flow of water.

Casey and his crew did an amazing job on an apartment building. Ripped
off two layers of old shingles, replaced all the sheathing and re-shingled a 130' building in 2 days.

This was all completed within 1 week of us contacting him during the busy season.

Roof Surgeons not only did an amazing job on the roof, they were so easy to work with. We called and the same day had an estimate and the job was done two days later. They were professional, quick and made the roof look 10x better! They cleaned up and left the place looking better than when they came. I will recommend them to anyone that needs any work done on their roof!

Extremely disappointed... After getting an estimate of $500 - $1,000 for a roof leak (that I provided detailed pictures of the problem to), Roof Surgeons (Casey) showed up on April 17th with another employee and worked on our roof for maybe two hours. After removing a section of the roof vent they charged us $900. Exactly two weeks after they were here it rained heavily on May 1st and the roof leaked in the EXACT same spot. When I called to tell them it was still leaking, I was informed that they "couldn't warranty another contractors work" (meaning the existing roof). When I asked what I paid the $900 for they informed me that they make "their best guess at where the leak is coming from and work on that area". They said it was probably leaking in the roof valley, (where I'd indicated the problem was originally). They encouraged me to install an entire new roof, which they'd previously indicated would cost over $15,000. When I told them I was currently unemployed due to Covid-19 and didn't have the money to pay for an entire new roof they suggested that I should just install a new roof on the section of our home that was leaking. I asked what the cost of that would be and was given a rough estimate of $3,000 to $4,500. I asked if the $900 we paid would go towards that repair expense and they said no, that the $900 payment I'd made would only be used as a credit if we did an entire new roof. So I was charged close to $1,000 for something that they "hoped" would fix the problem and now I'm supposed to come up with thousands more to actually address the leak? In the mean time my roof is still leaking and my drywall is still getting damaged. My advice? Find a different contractor.

Casey and his team built us a brand new fence that we love! After we saw the quality of the new roof they put on our house, we asked if Casey would be willing to put in a new fence. He was here the next day working! They did a terrific, high quality job, and we are very happy with the outcome. He is a great communicator, shows up on time, and is very fair in his prices. He is also a perfectionist so he makes sure everything looks neat, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing. I would highly recommend anyone hire Casey!

These guys came out in a rain storm to take a look at our leaking roof and were back the next day repairing the leak.

I found a leak coming in around my chimney during a rainstorm late Thursday afternoon. I called up Roof Surgeons and they were at my house on Friday morning. They fixed the flashing and added a cap in less than two hours. They also offered to take the ugly satellite dish off my roof while they were up there. I highly recommend calling Roof Surgeons if you have any issues with your roof!

I called Roof Surgeons after discovering a wet ceiling during an ice storm. I knew my roof was on its last leg and was looking to replace it. Casey was at my house within an hour of me calling, and offered to replace the roof the next day or day after that. At every step, he was responsive, professional, efficient and followed through exactly as he said he would. His price was reasonable. He and his crew completed the job in several hours. During a severe coastal storm, the ridge cap blew off our house. We contacted Roof Surgeons about replacing the roof the morning following the storm. They responded immediately, advising they would visit to review the project and take measurements.

We experienced a leak after a storm and starting calling around for someone to check it out. After getting no response from a few places we called Roof Surgeons. They were here within hours and made the repair. Highly recommend!

We had a leak at our summer home we realized when we came up to Pine Point a couple weeks before Christmas. We called multiple roofing companies and Casey returned the call same day and was out to examine the problem next day. We also were planning to have the roof redone in the spring, Casey gave us a quote for the house and garage and was there the week before Christmas and completed the job in 1 1/2 days. What an amazing job! I had a leaky skylight and had to replace it or the roof and considering my house is from the 1870's, a new roof plus new skylight seemed like the right choice. Casey was very quick to give me a quote and schedule the work the next week! This, with snow on the ground and the Thanksgiving holiday.
