Cardinal Exterior

We choose Cardinal Exterior after seeing them in our neighborhood complete multiple homes and we are glad we chose them after a massive hail storm. Jonathan has been a pleasure to work with. Among my family and extended family, I worked with him to replace the roof on 4 houses. He worked closely with our insurance company and sent in supplement estimates with pictures to ensure the damages were covered. And when they couldn’t replace just the glass on our windows (since insurance wouldn’t pay for a whole window repair), he helped us find a company that did. We are currently even getting the sliding and gutters replaced. He is a very friendly and professional individual that I would continue to highly recommend to all of our friends and family.

I met Johnathan while he was estimating my neighbors home for a roof replacement. My roof was older and I had been denied claims in the past due to its age. We had a hail storm hit in May 24, so he said he could take a look. He found multiple areas with damage and backed it up with photos. I then set up a meeting with him and my insurance assessor. They were both very professional and took their time with the review. In the end, the assessor agreed to the noted damage and processed the claim. Johnathan's crew was extremally efficient and quality minded. They did a great job and were fast with little interruption on a big job. We are very happy with the results and our experience. We also liked the fact that we dealt with a native to the area keeping everything local. He is not a big company, a plus for us, but he produces like a big operation. We highly recommend his services.

We recently solicited estimates for siding repair to our home from several vendors. Cardinal Exterior provided one of the most detailed proposals outlining specifically what would be replaced, and which brand product would be used. This allowed us to quickly build a shared understanding on the details and scope of work. As the project commenced and some unforeseen issues arose (as they sometimes do), they were committed to "doing the right thing" and ensuring the quality of their deliverables. Communication was always prompt, and I would not hesitate to use them again for exterior work.

I have No Solicitation and No Trespassing signage up on my property. If these people are are as dumb as the door to door representatives leaving their unwanted trash/flyers, I definitely won't be using these morons. The dummy even took a few seconds to actually read the signs and still left the trash/flyers on the door like an idiot. I bet they think their God's gift to roofing and exteriors lol

Cardinal’s website makes the following claim regarding repair work:

Based on the above statement and many 5 star reviews, I contacted Cardinal to see if they would assist in assessing minor damage to my second story balcony. Initial communication was prompt, but after I explained the scope of the job, things went downhill. I texted pictures of the damage, and within a few minutes I received a text back with a Google image of my house and statement the balcony would need to be replaced… nobody ever looked at the damage personally before making this claim.

When I asked for more information as to why it would need to be replaced, especially without anyone personally inspecting the damage, I was told a project manager would come by within a few days and I’d receive a quote. The promised inspection date has come and gone without an inspection or any other communication from the company.

I understand roofing and siding companies are extremely busy right now after recent storms, but it would’ve been more ethical and appreciated if I was told the job was too small and they were uninterested.

Jonathan was easy to work with he was very responsive and was willing to come look at our roof after high winds lifted some of our roofing off. He was quick to assess the problem and give us a very reasonable estimate. He is also awesome at communicating and very understanding. He did a great job and we will definitely be working with him in the future for any roofing needs!

If you think may need a roof from a hail storm, I’d suggest reaching out to these folks. They will give you an honest assessment. Fast, friendly, honest and professional. Give them a shot.

Jonathan was awesome! Called for roof hail damage inspection and he was able come in the same day and provided detailed pictures of the roof. Very honest and detailed. Highly recommended.

Cardinal Exterior was chosen for our roofing project because they presented the most professional and detailed proposal. When they did the work they completed the roofing replacement in a single day. They worked as a cohesive team. They also added additional roof protection not originally installed on the roof such as ice and water barrier. They identified a potential problem area and added valley flashing to mitigate any future issue. We’d use them again in a minute.

Got the work done in a decent time but they are terrible at communication and trying to schedule anything with them is not easy. Would not recommend unless they are the last choice.

Jonathan came out for a roof inspection from the Omaha hail storm and from start to finish did a great job on dealing with the insurance to replacing the roof. Not sure about these negative reviews, looks like another roofing company trying to bad mouth these guys for some reason. Probably scared of what good service and work looks like .

Repaired our hail damaged roof. Answered all our questions and worked with insurance to get everything covered. Painters were excellent and we love our new look!

We had Jonathan come out and inspect our roof after the hail storm. They met with our insurance company and got everything approved that we went over. The process was smooth and efficient, the work was top notch as well I highly recommend them.

Very satisfied with the new roof! Found some gutter damage and fixed it. The best we’ve had done in hail alley!
