I was hesitant to leave this review because John has done a lot of work for me over the years, but he really screwed me on this last one, so I feel compelled to share. He also left me hanging and now I’m on the hook for repairs to the work his guy missed.

John did a deck cover for me last year. He sent two younger guys out that seemed inexperienced. Shortly after the job was done, I began noticing things that were missed. John came out quite a few times to offer remedies, but he kept sending the same guy out to try and fix it. Eventually, I told him not to bother sending them back as my trust for them was lost.

After living with the deck roof for nearly a year, I have had the roof redone, and now I’m having quotes for the railing that they couldn’t put back together. The roof was leaking almost immediately where they tied into the house, and two different roofing companies said it was installed wrong. ($1750 to repair)

The railing was never put back together right. It’s now become a safety issue for me and my family. Pics will show the sub par work.

I wish I didn’t have to write this review, but I think people should be aware that he doesn’t send his best anymore

Just had a roof done by him snd the work was awesome! He has done several jobs for me in the past and its all been excellent. Trustworthy snd reliable!

I hired Cardiello to put a new roof on my house and the price & service was great. Naturally I called at a very busy time for them and the owner, John, assured me they would be able to get my roof done before winter and he was a man of his word and kept me up to date on when he could get me scheduled in. The crew was very personable, polite and I would certainly recommend them to others.
