Huge gaps were left between window and sill, plus around all the woodwork!!
I've never seen such horrible installation and w/not a word said about the huge gaps!!

These guys did an absolutely horrible job on our window. So bad that we had to have another company come out to fix the damage they had done. Apparently the current owner had the business handed to him by his daddy and he takes absolutely no pride in his work. Honestly baffling how or why they are even in business. They are a joke of a company. The only redeeming aspect was that they agreed to pay the second company to fix their ridiculous mistakes because even though they are a window company, they don’t know how to do windows. The second company was laughing at them, and couldn’t believe how bad it was. Stay away!

John is respectful and friendly. He rebuilt three large porch screens and built a new one for us. He is a busy guy but he saw to it that our screens were completed by the time we needed them.

We had a hinge on a commerical glass door break on us, leaving the door unusable. We called Carbone's yesterday afternoon and they came out today and fixed it for us! They are very nice and personable and provided excellent service.

Very friendly but all new windows installed(13). Huge gaps were left between window and sill, plus around all the woodwork!! No matter what room you are in there's a constant breeze around every window. We had to purchase a ton of supplies to fix every window. The windows all are covered in condensation. We tried putting wood putty on wood b4 filling in tons of huge gaps, wks later still fully wet, could just wipe off. Never again. I've never seen such horrible installation and w/not a word said about the huge gaps!! Awful since it was sold.
