Josh and his team were great to work with when we had to replace our roof. These guys came out to our home and accessed the damage and worked with our insurance company to get the job done. He and his team came out and got the job done within two days from taking the old roof off and putting the new roof on all the way to making sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. A few years ago I noticed I was missing a few roofing shingles and I called 3 roofing companies that were recommended. One company never called me back, the second didn't pick up the first time I called (but called me back later) and the third was Josh from Capps and Co. Roofing and answered immediately. I talked to him about my problem and he immediately sent someone out the next day and fixed it.

Fast forward a year or so later and we just had a storm and I noticed a lot more shingles had come off ( not the ones he had replaced a year prior). So I texted Josh and he sent one of his sales people to start the process of getting a new roof. Ended up getting a new roof a month or so later. Josh and his crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up so nicely after they were done. I always recommended them when someone asks for a rec on a roofing company.

These guys are THE BEST OF THE BEST! My roof was literally falling in and noone could or would help me. I had several people {roofers, insurance folks, etc. tell me it would cost me a lot of money out-of-pocket, which I didn't have. On the edge of nervous breakdown, these guys answered an inquiry. Josh and his crew were great! He did my roof a couple of years ago and last week, we had a small leak around a vent pipe on the roof. He sent someone out, repaired it with no hassle or issues. I highly recommend Josh for all of your roofing needs. Very helpful, honest and didn’t rob the bank. He even met my insurance adjuster and walked the roof with him and he definitely did not have to do that. He made sure that I was covered on all aspects of the job. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

This company is shady and makes home owners feel like they are stupid or don’t have the knowledge to comprehend the insurance language. I told them my mother n law didn’t have enough damage and that we already had someone look at the roof. They filed a claim without her consent. Allstate adjuster showed up denied my roof of any damage & now I have no insurance because they dropped her from the previous policy she had. Please whatever you do don’t use this company!!

Finding out that your roof is leaking in multiple places right before the holidays is so stressful! I immediately reached out to our contractor that we've known for 15+ years on a Sunday who recommended Capps and Co. They came out the very next day to look at the issues. They examined the whole roof and found evidence of hail and wind damage. They were very clear, took pictures and collected evidence for our insurance. They are very thorough and diligent which is essential for getting the costs covered. Josh and Jacob helped us every step of the way! The new roof turned out so good (see pictures). The crew cleaned up everything afterwards. There was some additional charges that we submitted to our insurance for a supplemental claim and Capps worked with us and the adjuster tirelessly to be sure we got every penny that we were entitled to. Getting a new roof can be stressful, but this was a huge relief. Communication was clear and they responded right away to my questions (and I like to ask a lot of questions!) We love our new roof!

We wanted a Decra Villa Tile metal roof since it would look similar to the origami terracotta tile from 1922. The crew was here on time at 7 and worked until dark. Any problem got explained and fixed. The job was finished a day early. They were very organized, tidy, and efficient. They cleaned up everything before leaving. We had a gutter problem because of the shape of a porch so they got a gutter professional to come fix it. This was a very professionally done job and we are very satisfied.

In response, of course you dont see me as a customer, I wouldnt let it get that far. Josh or Justin or James (J something I think) was so rude and unprofessional there is no way I would ever do business with you after the way you spoke to me. Yes, I have a speech impediment and had trouble with some of the phrases but he was downright rude.
