I received a quick and detailed roof replacement estimate from Joe Thomas at Capitol Roofing They were able to start my roof within a week. Joe was on site the entire time and everything was clean when they finished. Highly recommend!

Responsive, great quality work, best price by far. Worked with my schedule to replace roof in 1 day. Jason was great, did a thorough inspection/evaluation, didn’t oversell me, was honest and told me the roof probably didn’t need to be repaired for another year. 100% recommend reaching out and getting an estimate/work done by then.

I called Jason to get a quote on how much it would be to clean gutters/install gutter guards on a new home. Jason gave a great quote. I mentioned to him that I wasn't sure if the house already had a gutter guard on it and without hesitation he grabbed the ladder from his truck and climbed onto my roof to check...and sure enough the former owners had already installed gutter guards. I was extremely embarrassed to bring him out for no reason but he was so kind and understanding of the situation and repeatedly said it was his pleasure to bring good news to me. He was great to work with (temporarily) :)

We have used Joe Thomas from capital roofing for four different projects over the last 5 years. He his honest, thorough, and accountable for every detail. We have used him for replacing our siding, improving our gutters, installing attic fans, and replacing our downspouts. Unlike other contractors, he will not try to aggressively upsell your project, and also try to respect your budget. I am very satisfied with all his work, and have recommended him to my family members, who were also extremely satisfied with the results. I cannot recommend him more highly.
