I had a water leak in my attic, capital renovation llc came in repaired all the damage in two days, they were the best very nice, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Thank you guys I really appreciate your hard work would highly recommend them

Edin and his crew have done multiple jobs for me at two different properties now and I’ll never use any other Contractors. Their work is nothing less than perfection. I’ve never seen crews so dependable , so professional, so clean or so good before. I highly recommend this company for anything and everything. Edin and Henry and their crew are fantastic. First off, they are timely. He was early for our meeting to get an estimate. Then his team arrived right on time on the work day, and finished in one day what they thought may take two. The work is excellent! They replaced some damaged wood siding, added treated framing, took out some old French doors, and installed two large windows. Everything was done first class, including the inside sheetrock work. Oh, I should add that the price was more than fair, and they even did a little more than planned without any extra charge. I have nothing but good things to say.

We had them come to bid another job, and once again they arrived a few minutes early and are putting together another estimate.

From start to finish- I was very impressed with the professionalism - responsiveness and affordable competitive bid for our Dormer project. All the workers were very knowledgeable diligent and organized. Office renovation crew was dependable, and when unexpected termite damage was discovered, it was repaired expeditiously and at a fair cost. The results from the remodel and roof repairs were all very good. I would not hesitate to hire them again for future work.

When another company in central Arkansas did a terrible job, my contractor brought in a crew from Capital. Lito and his guys redid all the work and knocked it out in 3 days. Their attention to detail was spectacular. Would hire them in a second for any future work at my house! Thank you for coming in and saving the day!

Finally. A contractor who knows exactly what the problem is and how to correct it. Edin patiently explained why water was running down the wall under my sink. He figured out the best solution and finished in a timely way at a reasonable cost. He is very, very knowledgeable, patient and honest. High quality workmanship is hard to come by, This company delivers it in spades.

Edin and his crew have done a wonderful job with several projects at our home, replacing roof, repairing and painting our deck and are currently painting indoors. They are very courteous, prompt and easy to work with. It is important to them that we are pleased with their work, which they take much pride in.

Mr. Garza uses great communication. The company came in and were extremely professional. They painted half of our office and removed old wallpaper during business hours and were not disruptive at all. They covered everything well and even clean up once the job was complete. The paint job looks awesome.

I had Edin and his team repair several areas in my home. They removed old keypads, repaired the walls and painted. They worked hard and cleaned well afterward. Edin was responsive to one small problem and quickly corrected it. I highly recommend their services.

Edin and Lito and their crew including Roberto Celby were awesome! They rebuilt/stained my pergola and repaired and painted my wood siding among many other things around these. They found and replaced a bunch of rotted wood and worked with me on ideas to hopefully prevent the same rot from happening again. So nice to work with all of these people and they are all honest and hard-working. Oh, and this is my 2nd time using them so that should be a sign of their service.

I had the carpet in my house replaced with LVP, and the interior fully repainted. They were the highest quote I got out of 5 quotes, but Edin’s efforts to help me with a mistake I made buying paint made me really appreciate him! He saved me a lot of money making me able to afford completing this project. The details I pointed out that I wanted addressed were handled promptly without fuss. The place looks great finished and I’m happy I chose to go with someone with such great customer service!

Working with Capital Renovations was a real pleasure. They were very professional and repairs were completed on time as promised. Very punctual, fast, and their result to my house was way better than I was ever imagining :) they put up hardy board on my house and they were so thorough with the job and exceeded my expectations!
