Worked with this company on a garage construction job. Scott Trip said he and his company would get the permits, which should only take a few weeks. We wait for four months. They say they got the permits and can get started on the work. Then we find out that he never pulled any permits. The concrete foundation he poured has to be removed and re-done because it was done so poorly. He said he'd give us a refund, but we haven't gotten it yet. Total nightmare scenario for me as a homeowner.

The crew worked quickly and they provide clear pictures of their work. Scott continued to over communicate each phase and all findings and made sure that my mother was in the know every step of the way. Scott made sure to call me also to make sure we were on the same page. Clean up was meticulous. I needed to know that he was going to take care of my mother and they did.
