I recently had a new roof replaced on my home by capital construction and development. They had to remove an old tar and gravel roof that had been on my home for many years. I can not elaborate enough what an outstanding job Dante Padilla and his crew did to replace and install a new TPO roof on my home. They were detailed with their work to the very end. They were professional, prompt, reliable, respectful and courteous throughout the entire process. This company is a 5-star company and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to replace their roof. In addition to my new roof they installed a beautiful new gutter system. Dante of Capital Construction & Development handled the entire process of my claim from start to finish including setting up the finial inspection. His installers were in and out in just 2 days, they were respectful, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of the job. I would recommend them for anyone who might be needing to make any sort claim for damages to their home.

They did work on house on my street. Owner was happy with the work but they didn't make enough effort to control their garbage. They had a dumpster but we found shingles and wrapping paper for new shingles down the block and around the corner. When I went to the owner to show him the mess on day one he was pointing out the nails and debris on his own driveway.

A friend cautioned me that the weather out here can cause damage to our roofs. I called capital construction. Dante came the next day and inspected my roof for free and pointed out that I had hail damage. I called my insurance who sent out an adjuster for free who also inspected my roof and recommended a total roof replacement. The info was sent to my insurance who approved it and sent out the first check to get it started. When the work was done, the insurance sent out the second check. Dante, Ramon and the Capital Construction team replaced my roof. I got to pick the color of my roof that matched nicely with my house. I was sure to point out in the beginning that I was only going to do this if I didn't pay a penny. Dante assured me, I would not have to. The insurance covered everything and true to his word, I didn't pay a penny. I never thought of having to replace my roof it was supposed to last 30 years. We were just about half way there. Think your roof is still good. Why take that chance. Call Capital Construction to get a free estimate. I'm glad I did. Who doesn't want a total roof replacement for free?

Was quoted a price for some work then when I have the money to get the work done and they confirm they will go buy to pick up the money. They stop answering my calls, messages, emails. For 3 weeks they dodge me and found out today the reason why is because they misquoted me the price and want to go out there to redo the quote but I had to get in contact with a different person to tell me why. (Update) We managed to get past this situation and are still working together on getting other fixes done.

Dante made my hail damage experience as pleasant and painless as possible. The workers arrived timely, and worked very hard, for long hours to complete the project. All of the workers were polite, respectful and kind. They kept the yard as clean as possible during the project, and left it cleaner than it was when they started. Dante made sure that I was happy at every step of the process. And my new roof looks fantastic! I would highly recommend this company, and their high quality of work and professional job in all respects.

After moving to Ohio, Dante and his team was able to get my roof repaired so that my house could sell In a very timely manner with great quality. There was some issues with the repair and Dante and his team took care of it very quickly after notifying them and handled it amazingly. We initially had a problem with our insurance company approving our claim but Dante and his staff worked through it with them and got the claim approved. I highly recommend Dante and his team for your next roofing job! Capital Construction put a new TPO roof on our home after a hail storm in the summer of 2019. They are very helpful and will make sure everything is perfect for you. No cutting corners for them and still a very good price.

Update July 2024- Five years after our installation we experienced a minor leak in our roof. Dante and his team stood behind their warranty like no one else and drove over 8 hours round trip to come and make the repair. I cannot say enough good things about Capital Construction and how well they take care of their customers!!!!

I had a great experience with Capital Construction. Sheri, the project manager, made things simple and ensured the work began quickly and continued efficiently. She went above and beyond to show me samples, and navigate my insurance. The guys who showed up to do the job were extremely sweet and professional. They even called to make sure was pleased with the work and didn’t need help fixing anything else. I’m very pleased with my new roof and the work done by Capital Construction.

Dante Padilla assisted me with absolutely everything and made this situation as easy and painless as possible! The only thing I had to do on my end was come in contact with my insurance agency and he handled the rest in full! He had white glove customer service, which means a lot coming from someone who has been in management. He has a great team that got everything situated within two days!
