Blake took the time to listen to our roofing concerns and explained all the materials and steps involved in putting on our new roof and gutters. Scheduling was always clear and our questions were quickly answered. Carter and his team removed our old roof and put on the new one all in a single day—they made sure our yard was protected and cleaned up all the debris. Isaac even stopped by to fix a piece of window trim that had blown off in a storm, even though it wasn't part of the roofing work. It's rare to find a roofing company with such honesty and professionalism. We're very thankful for their help and look forward to working with them again on future projects.

I was aware of a small gap where shingles were absent and he mended it free of charge. Regardless of whether we chose them for a new roof or not, he provided a complimentary patch. This team is genuinely impressive and my new roof is stunning and skillfully fixed. Our decking wasn't in great condition and despite the fact that we had to pay more for the new wood installation, the 308 pictures that were sent to me during the three-day work period were proof enough of the dreadful state our roof was in. It felt as if I was on the work site myself as I viewed the images from my own office. He generously offered to replace the affected drip edge pieces at no cost to ensure proper roof drainage. Walter, the owner, promptly conducted an inspection of my rooftop shortly after I reached out. He provided an approximate cost of a new roof and followed up with a detailed written report outlining the expenses for materials and labor. Walter was transparent about potential hidden wood damage that might slightly alter the final cost. As expected, some wood needed replacement, and the extra charge was quite reasonable. Walter and his team of eight, including Isaac and Santiago, were the most dynamic crew I've ever encountered. Except for a brief lunch break, they worked tirelessly until nightfall. They efficiently removed shingles and felt, replaced any damaged wood, updated the drip line, and even added a cricket for my chimney. Several vents were taken out and replaced. They installed new flashing around the new vents and chimney, put up new felt and shingles on the roof, and added Ice Guard in the valleys. This is a 1650 square foot house with two valleys. The crew's professionalism was evident in their constant activity - I never saw anyone just standing idle. They demonstrated both competence and professionalism. When they finished for the day, they left no trace behind - no nails, debris, or trash. Quite remarkable! Walter and Santiago came back the next day to complete the flashing around the chimney they had started the previous day.
