Canonsburg's Best Handyman

Not the best experience , although , I had no experience of their work as I deposited half a pmt of service to secure to be put on their work schedule and the days kept changing ( a total of 3 weeks). I was willing to give benefit of the doubt but with very sporadic communication and then mid day notification after taking time off work to advise they wouldn’t be showing , given then the following week for the work to be done and after requesting a confirmation the night before in order to arrange accommodating for the work to be done , no follow thru . Then in return after advising I was no longer interested in Having the work done by this company , I had to request my deposit be returned and then to again after waiting to see if the refund was returned to reach out again to obtain a refund . Working with the public myself , I understand work load and managing work however , when you fail to communicate and then no follow thru , the trust is broken . Quite simply if the job wasn’t something that was their priority or not on a list of importance , it would have been far better to communicate that . As I always try to be understanding and opt to support all small businesses . I leave this review as hopefully there is some growth from this experience for any of their future clients .

I came home from shopping with three kids, went to the bathroom to wash their hands and discovered the bathroom faucet was leaking. I contacted Jack and he explained how to turn the water off under the sink until he could get there. He went to the hardware store for me so that I did not have to take my kids back out. He then met at the house and professionally and efficiently got it changed out for us. Great work!

We had an old bathtub removed and a walk-in shower installed for my father. It turned out beautiful. He loves it! The work was done efficiently, timely, meticulously , cleanly and friendly. I would definitely recommend and will use again for future projects. Thanks again!

Jack at Canonsburg's Best Handyman is a true lifesaver! He responded to my urgent garbage disposal replacement within 48hrs and took care of several other home tasks for me including fixing wall damages (patch and paint), hanging heavy pictures, and installing a new shower head, Jack's attention to detail and friendly demeanor were exceptional. I also appreciate that he covered his shoes inside my house. Can't recommend him enough!
